JAKARTA<\/strong> – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) di dalam bawah kepemimpinan Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin berhasil membongkar banyak tindakan hukum kakap. Dari kinerjanya selama lima tahun periode pemerintahan Joko Widodo (Jokowi)-Ma’ruf Amin, mampu mengatasi tingkat kepercayaan umum terhadap Korps Adhyaksa.<\/p>\n

Wakil Sekretaris Umum Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Tanah Air (PSMTI) Anthony Leong mengatakan, kinerja Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin patut diapresiasi. Apalagi belakangan beberapa jumlah tindakan hukum besar berhasil dibongkar.<\/p>\n

“Keberanian Kejagung di dalam bawah kepemimpinan Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin di membongkar kasus-kasus besar patut diapresiasi,” ujar Anthony yang mana baru selesai executive course di dalam Kementerian Defense (Kemhan), Jakarta, hari terakhir pekan (11\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n

Kerja-kerja penegakan hukum yang digunakan direalisasikan Jaksa Agung pada lima tahun terakhir membuahkan hasil. Bisa dilihat, Kejagung berubah jadi lembaga penegak hukum yang dimaksud paling dipercaya publik.<\/p>\n

Selama memimpin, Jaksa Agung tak pandang bulu pada penegakan hukum. Terbukti, berbagai nama-nama besar yang digunakan tak lepas dari upaya penegakan hukum yang dimaksud direalisasikan Kejagung, mulai dari menteri serta lainnya.<\/p>\n

“Prestasi Kejagung yang digunakan sekarang sudah ada seharusnya diteruskan dalam periode mendatang di pemerintahan Presiden terpilih Prabowo Subianto dan juga wakilnya Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Kejagung jangan sampai kendur,” kata Pakar Komunikasi lalu juga Direktur PoliEco Digital Insights Institute (PEDAS).<\/p>\n

Selama kepemimpinan Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin, berikut tindakan hukum kakap yang digunakan berhasil diungkap dengan nilai kerugian negara fantastis:<\/p>\n

– Kasus PT Timah Tbk dengan kerugian negara mencapai Rp300 triliun.
– Kasus Duta Palma Group, kerugian negara baik keuangan maupun perekonomian mencapai Rp104,1 triliun.
– Kasus PT Asabri (Persero), kerugian negara diakibatkan penyimpangan pada pengelolaan dana penanaman modal juga keuangan mencapai Rp22,78 triliun selama periode 2012-2019.
– Kasus ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO), kerugian negara akibat izin ekspor minyak sawit mentah (Crude Palm Oil\/CPO) yang mana mengakibatkan minyak goreng langka mencapai Rp18,3 triliun.
– Kasus Asuransi Jiwasraya, kerugian negara akibat korupsi dalam perusahaan ini mencapai sekitar Rp16,81 triliun.
– Kasus PT Garuda Indonesia, kerugian negara diperkirakan sebesar Rp8,8 triliun terkait dengan pengadaan pesawat udara yang mana tidaklah sesuai prosedur.
– Kasus BTS BAKTI Kementerian Komunikasi dan juga Informasi, kerugian negara di persoalan hukum yang dimaksud mencapai Rp8,03 triliun. <\/p>\n
