JAKARTA<\/strong> – Tuntutan para hakim agar tunjangannya naik 142 persen bukanlah semata demi kepentingan mereka sendiri. Perbaikan kesejahteraan hakim berbanding lurus dengan independensi mereka, khususnya pada waktu berhadapan dengan pihak berperkara yang mana bermodal besar. <\/p>\n

Sekretaris Lingkup Advokasi Ikatan Hakim Nusantara (Ikahi) Djuyamto mengatakan, pihak terkait perkara dengan kekuatan modal besar mampu menggunakan segala cara untuk memengaruhi hakim pada pengadilan baik pidana maupun perdata. <\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cApalagi kalau yang tersebut disidangkan adalah sengketa antara pemodal besar dengan rakyat. Kalau kesejahteraan hakim bagus, independensinya akan tambahan kuat. Putusannya benar-benar adil. Kepentingan rakyat luas terjaga,\u201d ujar Djuyamto di dalam Jakarta, hari terakhir pekan (11\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n

Juru Bicara Solidaritas Hakim Indonesia (SHI) Fauzan Ar-Rasyid menegaskan aksi 148 hakim dari beragam area ke Ibukota Indonesia bertemu beragam stakeholder sepanjang pekan ini penting dipandang sebagai upaya menyimpan diri agar hanya saja menerima rezeki halal. <\/p>\n

\u201cKami dengan cara legal memperjuangkan kesejahteraan agar tak ada lagi yang mana dapat mengganggu independensi hakim. Kami berjuang untuk semata-mata memperoleh rezeki halal. Sudah 12 tahun penghasilan kami tak ada kenaikan,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Sepanjang pekan ini, sebagian hakim ke Indonesia mengambil cuti secara serentak untuk mendesak kenaikan tunjangan sebesar 142 persen. Angka ini dihitung dari penjumlahan kenaikan harga tahunan sejak 2012.<\/p>\n

Menurut Fauzan, jumlah keseluruhan hakim dalam Negara Indonesia tak lebih besar dari 7.000 orang. Hanya penting penambahan anggaran sekitar Rp3 triliun untuk memenuhi tuntutan mereka.<\/p>\n

Dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti Albert Aries menambahkan hakim layak disejajarkan dengan pejabat negara meskipun berstatus sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). “Ini profesi mulia. Sudah saatnya pendapatan dan juga tunjangan delegasi Tuhan kurang lebih besar mirip dengan delegasi rakyat,” ucapnya. <\/p>\n
