Jakarta<\/b><\/span> –Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi akan memasuki masa purnatugas pada Ahad, 20 Oktober 2024. Dia akan digantikan oleh presiden terpilih periode 2024-2029 Prabowo Subianto, yang digunakan akan datang dilantik bersatu Gibran Rakabuming Raka. <\/span>Kendati masa pemerintahan Jokowi ke periode kedua akan berakhir, ternyata terdapat beberapa targetnya yang digunakan belum terpenuhi. Apa saja? <\/span><\/p>\n

Daftar Target Jokowi yang digunakan Gagal Terealisasi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Melansir Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 18 Tahun 2020 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN) 2020-2024, berikut daftar target Jokowi yang tersebut belum tercapai serta realisasinya:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Angka Kemiskinan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jokowi mematok tingkat kemiskinan di dalam Nusantara turun hingga menjadi 6-7 persen pada 2024. Adapun perbaikan level kemiskinan yang disebutkan diantaranya ke pada sasaran makro penyelenggaraan ke pemerintahannya. <\/span><\/p>\n

Namun, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatatkan data persentase penduduk miskin masih pada bilangan 9,03 persen atau sekitar 25,22 jt pemukim pada Maret 2024. Persentase itu disebut berkurang 0,33 persen poin dibandingkan pada periode yang dimaksud sejenis pada tahun lalu, atau berkurang sejumlah 0,68 jt jiwa. <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Level Pengangguran<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kemudian, Jokowi juga berharap agar tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT) merosot hingga bermetamorfosis menjadi 3,6-4,3 persen pada 2024. Akan tetapi, BPS melaporkan persentase TPT menembus 4,82 persen, atau terdapat sekitar lima warga penganggur dari 100 warga angkatan kerja pada Februari 2024. <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Pertumbuhan Ekonomi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dalam rangka mencapai sasaran konstruksi jangka menengah, Jokowi mematok target pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi meningkat rata-rata 5,7-6 persen per tahun. Adapun langkah-langkah strategis yang dimaksud diberlakukan untuk mencapainya adalah melalui peningkatan produktivitas, penanaman modal berkelanjutan, perbaikan pangsa tenaga kerja, kemudian peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. <\/span><\/p>\n

Faktanya, BPS mengumumkan dunia usaha Indonesi semester I 2024 terhadap semester II 2023 hanya sekali meningkat sebesar 5,08 persen. Sementara itu, kegiatan ekonomi Tanah Air pada 2022 berada ke level 5,31 persen, sangat jauh lebih besar lebih tinggi daripada capaian pada 2021 yang mana belaka sampai dalam nomor 3,7 persen. <\/span><\/p>\n

4. Rasio Pajak<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dari sisi rasio pajak, Jokowi menginginkan peningkatan rasio pajak bermetamorfosis menjadi 10,7-12,3 persen dari item domestik bruto (PDB) pada 2024. Pada 2023, Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) mencatat rasio pajak belaka 10,21 persen dari PDB, tambahan rendah dari tahun sebelumnya, yaitu 10,39 persen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Selain itu, mengacu pada Perpres Nomor 52 Tahun 2023 tentang Rencana Kerja otoritas Tahun 2024, rasio pajak ditargetkan sebesar 10-10,2 persen pada 2024. Target yang disebutkan berjauhan lebih tinggi rendah dibandingkan yang mana tertera di dokumen RPJPN 2020-2024. <\/span><\/p>\n

5. Rasio Gini<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jokowi juga mengharapkan penurunan rasio gini atau tingkat ketimpangan pengeluaran penduduk hingga pada hitungan 0,360-0,374. Rasio gini bernilai 0 artinya kesetaraan semakin baik, sebaliknya, indeks gini yang digunakan mendekati nomor 1 menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kesenjangan semakin buruk. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pada Maret 2024, BPS melaporkan bahwa rasio gini ke Indonesia adalah sebesar 0,379. Angka yang disebutkan hanya sekali merosot 0,009 poin bila dibandingkan dengan <\/span>gini ratio <\/span><\/em>pada periode yang digunakan sebanding ke tahun sebelumnya, yaitu 0,388. <\/span><\/p>\n

Daftar Target Jokowi yang dimaksud Bisa Terealisasi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sementara itu, target Jokowi yang berhasil dicapai meliputi: <\/span><\/p>\n

1. Taraf Inflasi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dalam dokumen RPJPN 2020-2024, Jokowi menginginkan level kenaikan harga bertahan di bilangan bulat 2,7 persen pada 2024. Adapun BPS mengatakan kenaikan harga <\/span>year-on-year <\/span><\/em>pada September 2024 sebesar 1,84 persen, sehingga lebih besar rendah dari batas maksimum yang tersebut ditetapkan. <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Pertumbuhan Investasi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Selanjutnya, Jokowi juga berusaha mencapai perkembangan pembangunan ekonomi sebesar 6,6-7 persen per tahun selama masa jabatannya pada periode kedua. Pendukung yang diberikan untuk merealisasikan peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi yang disebutkan utamanya berasal dari perbaikan iklim investasi, pengerjaan infrastruktur, kemudian peningkatan layanan investasi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Faktanya, Kementerian Investasi\/Badan Kerjasama Penanaman Modal (BKPM) melaporkan realisasi penanaman modal sebesar 15,24 persen atau Mata Uang Rupiah 431,48 triliun sepanjang triwulan III 2024. Angka itu meningkat dibandingkan periode yang mana sejenis pada 2023. <\/span><\/p>\n
