Kedamaian ini tercapai pada sidang lanjutan pencemaran nama baik di Pengadilan Negeri Ibukota Pusat hari ini Rabu, 9 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Gimana<\/em> Septia, mau minta maaf? Kan, saudara sebelumnya minta <em>restorative justice<\/em>?&#8221; tanya ketua Majelis Hakim Saptono.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mau Yang Mulia,&#8221; jawab Septia. Ia kemudian Jhon LBF pun bersalaman pada depan majelis hakim<\/p>\n<p>Jhon LBF melaporkan Septia melawan dugaan pencemaran nama baik. Septia lewat akun Twitter atau X mengatakan adanya pelanggaran hak pekerja pada PT Hive Five ketika ia masih berubah menjadi buruh. Ia mengoreksi perihal upah dalam bawah UMR, upah lembur yang tersebut tidaklah dibayar, jam kerja yang melebihi 8 jam, hingga pemotongan penghasilan sepihak juga tak adanya slip gaji.<\/p>\n<p>Septia kemudian dilaporkan dengan tuduhan pelanggaran Pasal 27 Ayat (3) <em>juncto<\/em> Pasal 45 Ayat (3) serta atau Pasal 36 UU ITE dan juga Pasal 51 Ayat (2), Pasal 310 kemudian atau Pasal 311 KUHP ke Polda Metro Jaya.<\/p>\n<p>Jhon LBF menerima permintaan maaf Septia juga juga bersedia berdamai. Ia mengklaim tak akan mempermaslahkan nilai uang kerugian yang mana sebelumnya dipermasalahkan. &#8220;Saya tidaklah butuh uang dari perkara,&#8221; ujar Jhon LBF pada waktu ditanya mengenai tuntutan uang ganti ruginya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jhon LBF sempat mengungkapkan mengalami kerugian materiel akibat cuitan yang diedit Septia, yakni sebagai batalnya kerja identik antara perusahaannya serta perusahaan lain. Ia mengaku merugi Mata Uang Rupiah 100 jt untuk kerja serupa jasa hukum ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n<p>Meski mengemukakan keinginan berdamai terhadap terdakwa Septia, tetapi Jhon permanen meminta-minta agar Septia melakukan klarifikasi berhadapan dengan tuduhan-tuduhan yang tersebut telah terjadi diberikan untuk perusahaannya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kuasa hukum Septia, Jaidin Nainggolan memaparkan permintaan maaf tidak berarti &nbsp;kliennya mengakui apa yang digunakan selama ini diutarakan salah. &#8220;Lebih ke, barangkali menyinggung perasaan khalayak lain,&#8221; ujar dia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Perihal serangkaian perdamaian yang digunakan diminta hakim untuk segera ditindaklanjuti, Jaidin menyatakan masih akan membahasnya dengan grup dan juga Septia, apakah akan berdamai di luar persidangan atau pada di persidangan.
