Seiring waktu, teknologi komunikasi teks telah terjadi berevolusi secara signifikan, memungkinkan interaksi yang digunakan tambahan cepat lalu efisien, sejak telegraf, <strong>pager<\/strong>, <strong>SMS<\/strong>, hingga deretan media digital seperti sekarang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Telegraf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dikutip dari <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CRM-Messaging<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sejarah komunikasi teks dapat ditelusuri kembali ke penemuan telegraf oleh Samuel F. B. Morse pada 1835. Telegraf menandai awal teknologi komunikasi jarak jarak jauh tanpa memerlukan koneksi fisik. Pesan pertama dikirim dari Washington, DC ke Baltimore pada 24 Mei 1844.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Mereka menentukan bahwa 160 karakter cukup untuk menyampaikan instruksi yang dimaksud singkat, namun jelas. Pesan yang dimaksud berbunyi &#8220;Merry Christmas&#8221; kemudian dikirim dari komputer ke ponsel milik Richard Jarvis, direktur Vodafone dalam Inggris. SMS ini membuka jalan bagi komunikasi yang tersebut lebih tinggi cepat juga efisien melalui telepon seluler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Perkembangan lalu Popularitas SMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pada 2000-an, SMS mulai mendapat popularitas yang sangat besar ke seluruh dunia. Ponsel mulai berubah jadi barang yang tersebut makin terjangkau, serta dengan adanya paket SMS yang digunakan ditawarkan oleh operator telekomunikasi, pemakaian SMS makin meluas. Paket ini biasanya mencakup beberapa orang arahan teks, yang dimaksud dapat dikirim pada sebulan dengan biaya tetap, yang dimaksud menjadikan komunikasi teks lebih besar terjangkau bagi banyak orang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Peralihan ke Sistem Digital<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Memasuki era 2010-an, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi teks tidak ada lagi terbatas SMS. Munculnya program instruksi instan berbasis Dunia Maya seperti WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Line, serta WeChat mengganti cara kita berkomunikasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aplikasi ini menawarkan fitur-fitur canggih seperti pengiriman instruksi multimedia, obrolan grup, dan juga panggilan pendapat atau video.
