BPR Bank Jepara Artha pada 2022-2024. Kasus ini telah masuk ke tahap penyidikan sejak 24 September 2024. &#8220;Untuk nama dan juga jabatan dituduh belum dapat disampaikan ketika ini,&#8221; kata juru bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto melalui keterang tercatat pada Rabu, 9 Oktober 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Tessa, setelahnya ada penetapan tersangka, penyidik juga sudah pernah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan Nomor 1223 pada 26 September 2024 tentang larangan bepergian ke luar negeri terhadap lima orang, yaitu JH, IN, AN, Negeri Paman Sam kemudian MIA. &#8220;Larangan bepergian ke luar negeri ini masih terkait penyidikan dugaan korupsi pencairan kredit,&#8221; katanya.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tessa menyampaikan larangan yang dimaksud dikeluarkan dikarenakan keterang lima warga itu dibutuhkan untuk mempercepat penyidikan.
