{"id":6868,"date":"2026-01-23T07:34:28","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T00:34:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=6868"},"modified":"2026-01-23T07:34:32","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T00:34:32","slug":"treasure-global-lepas-1819-miliar-saham-bumi-senilai-rp69-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/23\/treasure-global-lepas-1819-miliar-saham-bumi-senilai-rp69-triliun\/","title":{"rendered":"Treasure Global Lepas 18,19 Miliar Saham BUMI Senilai Rp6,9 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transaksi Crossing Saham BUMI di Bursa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) mencatatkan <strong>transaksi crossing saham<\/strong> dengan nilai sekitar <strong>Rp6,9 triliun<\/strong> pada <strong>Senin, 19 Januari 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksi tersebut dilakukan oleh <strong>Treasure Global Investments Limited<\/strong>, sebagaimana tercantum dalam keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan kepada <strong>Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam transaksi tersebut, Treasure Global tercatat menjual <strong>18,195 miliar saham BUMI<\/strong> atau setara dengan <strong>4,9 persen kepemilikan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detail Penjualan Saham oleh Treasure Global<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harga dan Nilai Transaksi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Penjualan saham dilakukan pada <strong>harga rata-rata Rp380 per saham<\/strong>, sehingga total nilai transaksi mencapai sekitar <strong>Rp6,9 triliun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen menyebutkan bahwa tujuan transaksi tersebut adalah untuk <strong>restrukturisasi kepemilikan saham<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTujuan transaksi adalah untuk shareholder restructuring dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,\u201d ujar manajemen dalam keterbukaan informasi di BEI, Kamis (22\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Treasure Global di BUMI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seiring dengan aksi pelepasan saham tersebut, <strong>kepemilikan langsung Treasure Global Investments Limited di BUMI mengalami penurunan signifikan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum transaksi, Treasure tercatat menguasai sekitar <strong>30 miliar saham<\/strong> atau setara dengan <strong>8,08 persen kepemilikan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah transaksi crossing, kepemilikan Treasure menyusut menjadi <strong>11,805 miliar saham<\/strong> atau sekitar <strong>3,18 persen<\/strong>, sehingga tidak lagi tercatat sebagai pemegang saham dengan porsi kepemilikan di atas <strong>5 persen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dampak Terhadap Pergerakan Saham BUMI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saham Melemah dalam Sepekan Terakhir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tekanan jual dalam jumlah besar tersebut turut memengaruhi pergerakan saham <strong>BUMI<\/strong> di pasar reguler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada penutupan perdagangan <strong>sesi I Kamis (22\/1\/2026)<\/strong>, saham BUMI tercatat <strong>melemah 4,66 persen<\/strong> atau turun <strong>18 basis poin<\/strong> ke level <strong>Rp368 per saham<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam periode <strong>satu pekan terakhir<\/strong>, harga saham BUMI juga telah terkoreksi sebesar <strong>10,24 persen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Divestasi Saham BUMI oleh Chengdong Investment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penjualan Bertahap Akhir 2025 hingga Awal 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum aksi pelepasan saham oleh Treasure Global, tekanan jual terhadap saham BUMI juga datang dari <strong>Chengdong Investment Corporation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investor tersebut tercatat melakukan <strong>divestasi saham secara bertahap<\/strong> sepanjang periode <strong>23 Desember 2025 hingga 8 Januari 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam rentang waktu tersebut, Chengdong melepas sekitar <strong>3,7 miliar saham BUMI<\/strong> dengan harga transaksi di kisaran <strong>Rp363 hingga Rp461 per saham<\/strong>, dan meraup dana sekitar <strong>Rp1,5 triliun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perubahan Kepemilikan Chengdong di BUMI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Penjualan saham tersebut turut berdampak pada struktur kepemilikan Chengdong di BUMI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum divestasi, Chengdong tercatat memiliki <strong>22.276.410.130 saham<\/strong> atau setara dengan <strong>5,99 persen kepemilikan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah aksi pelepasan saham, jumlah kepemilikan Chengdong turun menjadi <strong>18.563.056.230 saham<\/strong> atau sekitar <strong>4,99 persen<\/strong>, sehingga tidak lagi tercatat sebagai pemegang saham dengan kepemilikan di atas <strong>5 persen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transaksi Crossing Saham BUMI di Bursa PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) mencatatkan transaksi crossing saham dengan nilai sekitar Rp6,9 triliun pada Senin, 19 Januari 2026.
