Penguatan ini terjadi meski <strong>Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG)<\/strong> justru bergerak di zona merah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katalis utama kenaikan saham ADRO adalah pengumuman <strong>pembagian dividen interim 2025 senilai sekitar USD 250 juta<\/strong>, yang langsung disambut positif oleh investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Harga Saham ADRO Naik 4,41%<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan data RTI, saham ADRO ditutup menguat <strong>4,41%<\/strong> ke level <strong>Rp1.895 per saham<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detail pergerakan saham ADRO:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pembukaan:<\/strong> Rp1.900<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tertinggi:<\/strong> Rp1.935<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Terendah:<\/strong> Rp1.885<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frekuensi transaksi:<\/strong> 44.334 kali<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volume:<\/strong> 1.155.810 saham<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nilai transaksi:<\/strong> Rp411,5 miliar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kapitalisasi pasar:<\/strong> Rp55,6 triliun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam lima hari terakhir, saham ADRO sudah menguat <strong>6,46%<\/strong>. Namun secara <strong>year to date (YtD)<\/strong>, saham ini masih terkoreksi <strong>25,10%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IHSG Melemah 0,44%<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, IHSG justru ditutup melemah <strong>0,44%<\/strong> ke posisi <strong>8.639<\/strong> pada pukul 14.28 WIB. Meski demikian, indeks LQ45 menguat <strong>0,32%<\/strong> ke 854,94.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rincian perdagangan IHSG:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saham melemah:<\/strong> 408<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saham stagnan:<\/strong> 147<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Frekuensi transaksi:<\/strong> 2.102.128 kali<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volume:<\/strong> 27,5 miliar saham<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nilai transaksi:<\/strong> Rp17,6 triliun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>IHSG bergerak di rentang <strong>8.730,70 \u2013 8.639,97<\/strong> sepanjang sesi kedua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aksi Korporasi: ADRO Tambah Kepemilikan di ADMR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain dividen interim, sentimen positif juga datang dari aksi korporasi ADRO sebelumnya. Pada pertengahan Oktober 2025, ADRO menambah kepemilikan saham di <strong>PT Alamtri Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi BEI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ADRO membeli <strong>231 juta saham ADMR<\/strong> pada 16 Oktober 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harga pembelian:<\/strong> Rp1.435 per saham<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total nilai transaksi:<\/strong> Rp331,48 miliar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah transaksi tersebut, kepemilikan ADRO di ADMR meningkat menjadi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>34.756.541.100 saham<\/strong> atau <strong>85,01%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sebelumnya: <strong>84,45%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada 17 Oktober 2025, saham ADMR ditutup turun <strong>9,47%<\/strong> ke Rp1.195 per saham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sentimen Dividen Dorong Optimisme Investor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengumuman dividen interim USD 250 juta menjadi katalis utama yang mendorong penguatan saham ADRO.
