Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), EXCL menjual <strong>4.331.835.710 saham MORA<\/strong> dengan harga <strong>Rp432 per saham<\/strong>, sehingga total nilai transaksi mencapai <strong>Rp1,87 triliun<\/strong> pada 4 Desember 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen menyampaikan bahwa aksi ini merupakan <strong>transaksi divestasi dengan status kepemilikan langsung<\/strong>. Setelah transaksi tersebut, EXCL tidak lagi memiliki saham MORA, padahal sebelumnya perusahaan menggenggam <strong>18,32% saham MORA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pergerakan Saham MORA dan EXCL Usai Divestasi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada penutupan perdagangan Jumat, 5 Desember 2025, saham <strong>MORA<\/strong> ditutup menguat <strong>9,89%<\/strong> ke level <strong>Rp9.725 per saham<\/strong>. Saham bergerak stabil di level yang sama sepanjang perdagangan dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp1,7 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, saham <strong>EXCL<\/strong> juga mencatat penguatan signifikan sebesar <strong>10,73%<\/strong> ke posisi <strong>Rp3.200 per saham<\/strong>. Saham EXCL diperdagangkan aktif dengan volume 907.179 saham dan nilai transaksi Rp290,2 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">XLSMART Resmi Berdiri sebagai Entitas Telekomunikasi Terpadu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksi divestasi EXCL dilakukan tidak lama setelah <strong>XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk<\/strong> resmi berdiri sebagai entitas telekomunikasi terpadu hasil penggabungan usaha <strong>PT XL Axiata Tbk<\/strong>, <strong>PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk<\/strong>, dan <strong>PT Smart Telecom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembentukan XLSMART menjadi tonggak penting dalam industri telekomunikasi Indonesia.
