Total dana segar yang diincar perseroan mencapai Rp3,1 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detail Obligasi Berkelanjutan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obligasi diterbitkan tanpa warkat dengan nilai 100% dalam dua seri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seri A<\/strong>: Rp982,15 miliar, bunga tetap 7,5% per tahun, tenor tiga tahun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seri B<\/strong>: Rp1,11 triliun, bunga tetap 8,25% per tahun, tenor lima tahun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembayaran bunga dilakukan setiap triwulan. Bunga pertama dibayarkan pada 9 Maret 2026, sedangkan pelunasan pokok dilakukan penuh pada saat jatuh tempo, yakni 9 Desember 2028 untuk Seri A dan 9 Desember 2030 untuk Seri B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detail Sukuk Mudharabah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukuk mudharabah diterbitkan tanpa warkat dengan nilai 100% dalam dua seri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seri A<\/strong>: Rp379 miliar, nisbah 11,54%, indikasi bagi hasil ekuivalen 7,5% per tahun, tenor tiga tahun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seri B<\/strong>: Rp621 miliar, nisbah 12,69%, indikasi bagi hasil maksimal 8,25% per tahun, tenor lima tahun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Penawaran ini merupakan bagian dari program obligasi berkelanjutan I MBMA dengan target Rp16 triliun dan sukuk mudharabah berkelanjutan I senilai Rp4 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rencana Penggunaan Dana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dana hasil obligasi akan digunakan sekitar USD121 juta atau Rp2,02 triliun untuk pembayaran dipercepat atas pokok utang fasilitas B berdasarkan perjanjian kredit berjangka dan bergulir pada 3 Oktober 2025 melalui Bank CIMB Niaga sebagai agen. Sisanya akan dipakai untuk modal kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dana sukuk sebesar USD50 juta atau Rp837,1 miliar akan digunakan untuk menggantikan fasilitas pinjaman dengan membayar seluruh pokok pinjaman. Sisanya dipakai untuk kebutuhan korporasi umum, termasuk pembiayaan anak usaha PT Merdeka Tsinghan Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penjamin Emisi dan Wali Amanat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk aksi korporasi ini, MBMA menunjuk penjamin pelaksana emisi antara lain PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, PT Sucor Sekuritas, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, dan PT Kay Hian Sekuritas.
