Rapat akan digelar secara elektronik melalui fasilitas <strong>KSEI\/eASY.KSEI<\/strong> sesuai undangan yang diterbitkan pada 25 November 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tiga Agenda Utama RUPSLB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen BRI mengusulkan tiga mata acara penting dalam RUPSLB akhir tahun ini:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan<\/strong><br>Perubahan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh <strong>POJK 30\/2024<\/strong> terkait status BRI sebagai induk konglomerasi keuangan, serta penyesuaian dengan <strong>UU BUMN 16\/2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pendelegasian Persetujuan RKAP 2026<\/strong><br>Agenda ini diusulkan oleh <strong>BP BUMN<\/strong> melalui Surat Nomor SR-53\/BPU\/11\/2025 tanggal 13 November 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perubahan Susunan Pengurus BRI<\/strong><br>BP BUMN juga mengusulkan adanya direksi atau komisaris baru melalui Surat Nomor SR-66\/BPU\/11\/2025 tanggal 17 November 2025. Nama-nama calon pengurus baru belum diumumkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hak Pemegang Saham<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemegang saham yang berhak hadir dan memberikan suara dalam RUPSLB harus tercatat dalam <strong>Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS)<\/strong> per 24 November 2025. Perseroan mengimbau agar pemegang saham mengikuti rapat secara elektronik atau memberikan kuasa melalui fasilitas <strong>eASY.KSEI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook RUPSLB BRI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RUPSLB ini menjadi momentum penting bagi BRI dalam memperkuat tata kelola perusahaan, menyusun rencana kerja 2026, serta menyesuaikan struktur pengurus dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan regulasi terbaru.
