Agenda rapat tersebut dikonfirmasi berkaitan dengan adanya <strong>perubahan direksi<\/strong>, menyusul kabar pengunduran diri CEO GoTo, <strong>Patrick Walujo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut beberapa sumber, pengunduran diri Patrick Walujo akan diumumkan resmi pada <strong>Senin, 24 November 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hans Pattuwo Jadi Calon Kuat CEO Baru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu nama yang disebut sebagai calon kuat pengganti Patrick adalah <strong>Hans Pattuwo<\/strong>, yang saat ini menjabat sebagai <strong>Direktur GoTo<\/strong> sejak 2021. Hans, kelahiran 1976, juga menjabat sebagai <strong>Presiden Layanan On-Demand<\/strong> sekaligus <strong>Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong> GoTo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riwayat karier Hans di GoTo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2021\u20132022<\/strong>: Kepala Pembayaran &amp; Layanan Keuangan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2023<\/strong>: Presiden Teknologi Finansial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2021\u2013sekarang<\/strong>: Direktur GoTo, COO, dan Presiden Layanan On-Demand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profil Patrick Walujo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrick Sugito Walujo, kelahiran 1975, diangkat sebagai <strong>Direktur Utama GoTo<\/strong> pada 2023. Ia juga dikenal sebagai <strong>pendiri Northstar Group<\/strong> pada 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum itu, Patrick pernah menjabat sebagai:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wakil Presiden Senior Pacific Century Ventures Ltd., Tokyo (2000\u20132003)<\/strong>, berperan dalam merger dan akuisisi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Goldman Sachs &amp; Co., London dan New York (1997\u20132000)<\/strong>, di awal kariernya di dunia investasi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pemanggilan Resmi RUPSLB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen GoTo menyampaikan bahwa <strong>pemanggilan resmi RUPSLB<\/strong> akan dilakukan pada <strong>25 November 2025<\/strong> melalui situs web perseroan, <strong>Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)<\/strong>, dan <strong>KSEI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cAgenda RUPSLB ini tidak berkaitan dengan rencana aksi korporasi apa pun.
