{"id":6741,"date":"2025-11-18T15:49:18","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T08:49:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=6741"},"modified":"2025-11-18T15:49:23","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T08:49:23","slug":"kemenkeu-tambah-penempatan-dana-rp76-triliun-ke-himbara-dan-bank-dki-dorong-likuiditas-perbankan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2025\/11\/18\/kemenkeu-tambah-penempatan-dana-rp76-triliun-ke-himbara-dan-bank-dki-dorong-likuiditas-perbankan\/","title":{"rendered":"Kemenkeu Tambah Penempatan Dana Rp76 Triliun ke Himbara dan Bank DKI, Dorong Likuiditas Perbankan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kemenkeu Tambah Anggaran Kas Rp76 Triliun ke Himbara dan Bank DKI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Keuangan <strong>Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa<\/strong> kembali mengalokasikan <strong>tambahan anggaran kas pemerintah senilai Rp76 triliun<\/strong> kepada <strong>Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara)<\/strong>, termasuk <strong>Bank DKI Jakarta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informasi ini disampaikan dalam rapat dengan pendapat (RDP) bersama <strong>Komisi XI DPR<\/strong> di Senayan, Jakarta, Senin (17\/11\/2025), berdasarkan paparan <strong>Direktorat Jenderal Strategi Ekonomi dan Fiskal (DJSEF)<\/strong> Kementerian Keuangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rincian Penempatan Dana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Penempatan dana dilakukan pada <strong>10 November 2025<\/strong>, dengan rincian:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bank Mandiri<\/strong>: Rp25 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)<\/strong>: Rp25 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)<\/strong>: Rp25 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) DKI Jakarta<\/strong>: Rp1 triliun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dana ini menambah likuiditas perbankan untuk mendukung <strong>penyaluran kredit ke sektor riil<\/strong> dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Progres Penyaluran Dana Sebelumnya<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur DJSEF <strong>Febrio Kacaribu<\/strong> menyebut bahwa penempatan dana pemerintah sebelumnya sebesar <strong>Rp200 triliun<\/strong> telah menunjukkan progres signifikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Penyaluran mencapai <strong>84%<\/strong> atau sekitar <strong>Rp167,6 triliun<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dana ditempatkan dengan bunga <strong>3,85%<\/strong>, sekitar <strong>80% dari suku bunga BI<\/strong>, sehingga menurunkan <strong>cost of fund perbankan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dampak terhadap Cost of Fund dan Suku Bunga Kredit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Febrio menegaskan bahwa penempatan dana pemerintah membantu menurunkan biaya dana pihak ketiga (DPK) yang selama ini cukup tinggi di perbankan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Penempatan dana lebih murah dibandingkan cost of fund perbankan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membantu mempercepat penyaluran kredit dengan biaya lebih rendah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sejak September 2025, suku bunga kredit mulai menurun meski belum signifikan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPada gilirannya tentu akan menurunkan suku bunga kredit. Kalau kita lihat, sejak September itu suku bunganya sudah mulai menurun walaupun belum signifikan,\u201d ujar Febrio.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook: Likuiditas Perbankan Semakin Kuat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan tambahan dana Rp76 triliun, likuiditas perbankan nasional semakin kuat.
