Fokus utama APSyFI adalah penanganan <strong>praktik impor ilegal dan dumping produk<\/strong> yang semakin mengancam keberlangsungan industri dalam negeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua APSyFI, <strong>Redma Gita Wirawasta<\/strong>, menyebut perhatian Menkeu terhadap praktik kuota impor ilegal menjadi <strong>harapan baru bagi pelaku industri tekstil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cHubungan sinergi dan harmoni antara pemerintah dan pelaku usaha perlu terus dilanjutkan,\u201d ujar Redma, dikutip dari Antara, Minggu (12\/10\/2025).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rantai Pasok Terganggu, Negara Rugi dari Penerimaan dan Persaingan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>APSyFI menilai bahwa <strong>rantai pasok industri TPT yang selama ini terintegrasi dari hulu hingga hilir kini terganggu<\/strong> akibat serbuan produk impor ilegal. Redma mengungkapkan adanya <strong>kesenjangan data perdagangan antara Indonesia dan negara mitra<\/strong>, yang mengindikasikan <strong>barang impor masuk tanpa tercatat di sistem Bea Cukai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini menimbulkan kerugian bagi negara, baik dari sisi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Penerimaan negara<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persaingan pasar domestik<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keberlangsungan industri lokal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Celah Sistem Impor: Port-to-Port Manifest dan Misdeclare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu celah yang disorot APSyFI adalah <strong>tidak digunakannya sistem port-to-port manifest<\/strong>.
