Langkah ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari <strong>Putusan Homologasi Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat<\/strong> pada 17 Februari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan <strong>Daftar Piutang Tetap (DPT)<\/strong> per 29 November 2024, kewajiban PPRO kepada PTPP terdiri dari:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tagihan separatis<\/strong>: Rp2,00 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tagihan konkuren<\/strong>: Rp7,63 triliun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rincian Perjanjian Perpetual Loan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PPRO dan PTPP menandatangani dua dokumen utama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perjanjian Perpetual Separatis<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nilai: Rp2,00 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bunga: 0,75% per tahun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grace period: 15 tahun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jangka waktu: 28 tahun (dengan opsi perpanjangan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jaminan: tanah, bangunan, saham anak usaha, fidusia piutang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opsi tebus: tahun ke-28 atau lebih awal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perjanjian Perpetual Konkuren<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nilai: Rp7,63 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bunga: 0,75% per tahun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step-up rate: 0,85% jika terjadi penundaan bunga tunai \u2265 Rp5 miliar atau tidak ada opsi tebus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembayaran bunga dan pokok akan disesuaikan dengan <strong>arus kas dan kemampuan keuangan perseroan<\/strong>, dengan mekanisme pembayaran setiap <strong>enam bulan setelah grace period berakhir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dampak Positif Restrukturisasi Utang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Konversi utang menjadi perpetual loan memberikan <strong>fleksibilitas keuangan<\/strong> bagi PPRO, tanpa kewajiban pelunasan dalam jangka waktu tertentu.
