Meski menguat harian, secara mingguan harga masih terkoreksi <strong>1,53%<\/strong>, dan sepanjang Agustus terpangkas <strong>4,74%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koreksi pekan lalu menjadi yang <strong>terdalam dalam tujuh pekan terakhir<\/strong>, menandakan tekanan pasar yang cukup kuat terhadap komoditas si \u201cbatu hitam\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kebijakan Ekspor Baru Jadi Pemicu Tekanan Harga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu faktor penekan harga berasal dari <strong>Indonesia<\/strong>, setelah pemerintah resmi <strong>mencabut kewajiban penggunaan Harga Patokan Batu Bara (HPB)<\/strong> untuk ekspor. Kebijakan ini memungkinkan penambang menjual batu bara sesuai <strong>mekanisme pasar<\/strong>, bahkan di bawah HPB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut <strong>Ketua Umum Perhapi, Sudirman Widhy Hartono<\/strong>, kebijakan harga acuan dinilai tidak fleksibel dan membuat <strong>importir besar seperti China dan India enggan membeli batu bara Indonesia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cKalau dipatok, belum tentu pembeli dari luar mau menurunkan harga yang diminta oleh penjual.
