Dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang dirilis <strong>Senin (1\/9\/2025)<\/strong>, Indra menyatakan bahwa <strong>tujuan transaksi adalah investasi<\/strong>, dengan <strong>status kepemilikan langsung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rincian pembelian saham:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>51.100 saham<\/strong> dibeli pada harga rata-rata <strong>Rp720 per saham<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>28.900 saham<\/strong> dibeli pada harga <strong>Rp760 per saham<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total dana yang dikeluarkan<\/strong>: <strong>Rp58,76 juta<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah ini menunjukkan <strong>keyakinan manajemen terhadap prospek jangka panjang RMKE<\/strong>, meskipun perusahaan tengah menghadapi tekanan kinerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kinerja Semester I-2025: Laba dan Pendapatan Turun, Efisiensi Meningkat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RMKE mencatat <strong>laba bersih sebesar Rp86,15 miliar<\/strong> pada semester I-2025, turun <strong>31,72%<\/strong> dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar Rp126,18 miliar.
