Penghargaan yang digunakan diberikan terhadap Kemenag pada kategori Kebijakan Kondusif bagi Penghapusan Kekerasan Berbasis Gender.<\/p>\n<p>Apresiasi diberikan pada Waktu petang Peringatan 26 Tahun Komnas Perempuan lalu Apresiasi Mitra Komnas Perempuan, di Jakarta, Rabu (16\/10\/2024). Hadir mewakili Kementerian Agama, Direktur Guru juga Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Madrasah, Thobib Al Asyhar. DIa menerima apresiasi sama-sama perwakilan beberapa Kementerian\/Lembaga lain, antara lain: Kemendikbud, Kemenaker, Kemenpora, Komisi VIII DPR RI, juga Satgas PPKS UGM.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Alhamdulillah, apresiasi ini berubah menjadi motivasi kami untuk terus peduli melalui kebijakan-kebijakan yang dimaksud berpihak untuk perempuan. Kami sudah mempunyai regulasi PMA juga Keputusan Dirjen sebagai payung bagi pencegahan kekerasan terhadap perempuan, khususnya di dalam lembaga lembaga pendidikan keagamaan,&#8221; ujar Thobib Al Asyhar.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Baca Juga: Kemenag Sangkal Larang Akad Nikah dalam Hari Libur <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thobib menegaskan bahwa Kementerian Agama terus berikrar sama-sama mitra strategis, misalnya Komnas Perempuan, Kementerian PPPA, KPAI, serta majelis-majelis agama untuk memperjuangkan hak-hak perempuan, lalu melindungi mereka itu dari beragam kekerasan baik fisik maupun verbal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kemenag terus berazam dengan mitra strategis untuk mempertahankan martabat perempuan agar terhindar dari kekerasan fisik maupun verbal. Perempuan mempunyai hak yang mana identik untuk mendapatkan kemerdekaan lalu bebas dari diskriminasi,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Komnas Perempuan juga memberikan apresiasi di kategori lain, yaitu: Pelopor Membangun Ruang Aman dari Kekerasan, dan juga kategori Sinkronisasi Penanganan Kekerasan Berbasis Gender dan juga Penguasaan Layanan Penanganan Korban.<\/p>\n<p>Di kesempatan yang tersebut sama, diputar juga video khusus tribute bagi 15 Perempuan Pembela HAM (PPHAM) yang tersebut telah lama wafat di berbagai bidang, dari bermacam wilayah Indonesia. Dibacakan juga puisi-puisi perjuangan oleh Komisioner Komnas Perempuan.
