Kasus gagal bayar yang menimpa platform Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending Akseleran<\/strong> mencuatkan kekhawatiran baru terhadap keberlanjutan dan kepercayaan investor individu di industri fintech lending. Menurut Ekonom dan Direktur Ekonomi Digital Celios, Nailul Huda<\/strong>, kondisi ini dapat menggerus kepercayaan para lender terhadap Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)<\/strong> dan sistem pinjaman daring (pindar) di Tanah Air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPermintaan masih tinggi, tapi lender berkurang kepercayaannya. Bisa jadi yang berkembang justru pinjaman online ilegal,\u201d ujarnya pada Minggu (22\/6\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sorotan pada Seleksi Borrower dan Peran OJK<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nailul menyoroti lemahnya seleksi peminjam oleh platform, termasuk adanya debitur bermasalah di perbankan yang tetap lolos sebagai borrower di P2P lending. Ia juga menyebut kelompok peminjam muda sebagai potensi masalah tersendiri dalam pengelolaan risiko pinjaman daring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Karena itu, ia mendesak OJK untuk memberikan pengawasan ketat terhadap Akseleran dalam menyelesaikan hak-hak lender. Jika pembayaran harus dilakukan secara cicilan, OJK perlu memberi kepastian terkait kejelasan pengembalian dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, ia mengusulkan agar Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (SLIK)<\/strong> dimanfaatkan sejak awal untuk menyaring calon peminjam yang berisiko tinggi. Hal ini penting guna mencegah terulangnya kasus gagal bayar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akseleran saat ini menghadapi tuduhan gagal bayar mencapai Rp1,67 miliar<\/strong>, dilaporkan oleh enam lender melalui kuasa hukum Badranaya Partnership. Data dari situs resmi Akseleran menunjukkan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Angka TKB90 yang rendah menjadi indikator lemahnya kemampuan platform memfasilitasi penyelesaian kewajiban pinjaman dalam batas waktu wajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Respons OJK atas Maraknya Gagal Bayar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Menyikapi kasus ini, Agusman<\/strong>, Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Lembaga Pembiayaan dan LJK Lainnya OJK, menegaskan bahwa regulator terus memantau penyelesaian kasus. Ia juga meminta para penyelenggara platform segera menyelesaikan kewajiban terhadap lender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cOJK terus melakukan pemantauan dan berkoordinasi dengan aparat penegak hukum,\u201d ujarnya melalui pernyataan tertulis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
