Dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) yang digelar pada 17 Juni 2025, perseroan menetapkan pembagian dividen sebesar <strong>Rp445 miliar<\/strong>, setara dengan <strong>Rp24 per saham<\/strong>, atau <strong>21% dari laba bersih tahun 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kinerja Keuangan 2024: Pendapatan Naik 21%<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Perseroan mencatat total pendapatan sebesar <strong>Rp11,2 triliun<\/strong> sepanjang tahun 2024, mengalami peningkatan <strong>Rp1,9 triliun<\/strong> dibandingkan 2023 yang mencapai Rp9,2 triliun. Kenaikan ini didorong oleh:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Penjualan residensial<\/strong>: Rp1,8 triliun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pendapatan usaha komersial<\/strong>: Rp154 miliar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan pencapaian ini, pendapatan perseroan mencapai <strong>112% dari target<\/strong>, menunjukkan performa bisnis yang lebih baik dari perkiraan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laba Bersih di Atas Target, Manajemen Arus Kas Positif<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Laba usaha CTRA mengalami kenaikan <strong>17%<\/strong>, mencapai <strong>Rp3,5 triliun<\/strong>, sementara laba bersih meningkat <strong>Rp280 miliar<\/strong> menjadi <strong>Rp2,1 triliun<\/strong>. Angka ini melampaui target awal Rp1,9 triliun, dengan <strong>pencapaian 9% di atas ekspektasi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, perseroan mencatat <strong>arus kas operasi positif sebesar Rp3 triliun<\/strong>, menunjukkan manajemen keuangan yang kuat.
