Perjanjian ini ditandatangani pada <strong>5 Juni 2025<\/strong> dan diharapkan mendukung strategi korporasi ACG secara menyeluruh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detail Perjanjian Pinjaman<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinjaman yang diberikan oleh BUMA kepada ACG memiliki <strong>bunga 12 persen per tahun<\/strong> dan akan jatuh tempo pada <strong>31 Desember 2028<\/strong>. Langkah ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari <strong>upaya strategis<\/strong> untuk memenuhi kebutuhan korporasi ACG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada <strong>11 Juni 2025<\/strong>, manajemen BUMA menjelaskan bahwa keputusan ini tidak berdampak material terhadap operasional, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACG dan Hubungannya dengan BUMA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi, ACG merupakan <strong>perusahaan terkendali<\/strong> oleh BUMA melalui anak usahanya, PT Bukit Makmur Internasional. Perusahaan ini memiliki kepemilikan langsung sebesar <strong>99,9 persen<\/strong> atas saham ACG, yang semakin memperkuat hubungan antara kedua entitas dalam strategi bisnis jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah strategis BUMA dalam memberikan pinjaman ini mencerminkan komitmen perusahaan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan stabilitas finansial ACG di industri yang mereka geluti.
