Perpres yang disebutkan ditandatangani oleh Jokowi pada 15 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Pada Pasal 20A dijelaskan maksud pembentukan Kortastipidkor yakni, membantu Kapolri di membina lalu menyelenggarakan pencegahan, penyelidikan juga penyidikan pada pemberantasan perbuatan pidana korupsi kemudian perbuatan pidana pencucian uang.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nantinya Kortastipidkor akan dipimpin oleh pejabat eselon 1 b atau berdasarkan informasi yang dimaksud dihimpun setara Jenderal Polisi Bintang Dua atau Irjen Pol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Berikut isi lengkap Pasal 20A :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasal 20A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(1) Korps Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi disingkat Kortastipidkor merupakan unsur pelaksana tugas pokok bidang pemberantasan aksi pidana korupsi yang mana berada ke bawah Kapolri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(2) Kortastipidkor sebagaimana dimaksud pada<\/em><br \/><em>ayat (1) mempunyai tugas membantu Kapolri di membina serta menyelenggarakan pencegahan, penyelidikan serta penyidikan pada rangka pemberantasan langkah pidana korupsi kemudian perbuatan pidana pencucian uang dari langkah pidana korupsi juga melaksanakan penelusuran serta pengamanan aset dari tindakan pidana korupsi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(3) Kortastipidkor dipimpin oleh Kepala Korps Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi disingkat Kakortastipidkor yang digunakan bertanggung jawab terhadap Kapolri.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(4) Kakortastipidkor dibantu oleh seseorang Wakil Kakortastipidkor disingkat Wakakortastipidkor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(5) Kortastipidkor terdiri berhadapan dengan paling berbagai 3 (tiga) direktorat<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"v-youtube\"><iframe class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iZS7i3eQdAs\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Artikel ini disadur dari <a rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\" href=https:\/\/nasional.sindonews.com\/read\/1474271\/13\/jokowi-tandatangani-perpres-pembentukan-kortastipidkor-pada-polri-1729156243>Jokowi Tandatangani Perpres Pembentukan Kortastipidkor pada Polri<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JAKARTA &#8211; Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menyetujui secara resmi Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) tentang pembentukan Korps Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Kortastipidkor) pada Polri.
