Dalam <strong>Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan Buku 2024<\/strong>, Kamis (5\/6\/2025), manajemen SIPD mengungkap strategi yang telah disiapkan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Utama SIPD, <strong>Sungkono Sadikin<\/strong>, menyatakan bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan <strong>diversifikasi pasokan lokal<\/strong> serta strategi <strong>hedging terhadap nilai tukar rupiah<\/strong> untuk menjaga <strong>margin keuntungan tetap stabil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPerseroan menghadapi beberapa tantangan seperti fluktuasi harga bahan impor, nilai tukar rupiah, dan ketidakpastian harga komoditas,\u201d ujar Sungkono.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategi Distribusi dan Komunikasi dengan Regulator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Penurunan daya beli masyarakat menjadi tantangan bagi sektor unggas dan pakan ternak. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, SIPD memperkuat <strong>strategi distribusi<\/strong> dan <strong>komunikasi dengan regulator<\/strong> guna memastikan <strong>stabilitas pasokan dan harga di pasar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPerubahan regulasi juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Langkah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan <strong>efisiensi dan kualitas produk<\/strong>, sekaligus memperkuat daya saing di industri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPerseroan terus mengembangkan kapabilitas SDM dengan meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dan kesejahteraan mitra peternak,\u201d ungkap Sungkono.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kinerja Keuangan SIPD 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada <strong>2024<\/strong>, SIPD mencatatkan <strong>total penjualan bersih sebesar Rp5,36 triliun<\/strong>.
