{"id":6093,"date":"2025-06-06T09:55:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T02:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=6093"},"modified":"2025-06-06T09:55:40","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T02:55:40","slug":"pt-dharma-satya-nusantara-dsng-bagikan-dividen-rp25439-miliar-ini-rinciannya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/06\/pt-dharma-satya-nusantara-dsng-bagikan-dividen-rp25439-miliar-ini-rinciannya\/","title":{"rendered":"PT Dharma Satya Nusantara (DSNG) Bagikan Dividen Rp254,39 Miliar, Ini Rinciannya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dividen DSNG 2024 Resmi Ditetapkan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PT <strong>Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG)<\/strong> mengumumkan <strong>pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp254,39 miliar<\/strong>, dengan nilai <strong>Rp24 per saham<\/strong>, dalam <strong>Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST)<\/strong> tahun buku <strong>2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen DSNG menyetujui penggunaan laba bersih perseroan yang mencapai <strong>Rp1,14 triliun<\/strong>, dengan alokasi sebagian untuk <strong>dividen<\/strong>, sementara sisanya dibukukan sebagai <strong>laba ditahan<\/strong> guna mendukung pengembangan usaha ke depan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tantangan Global dan Strategi Bisnis DSNG<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Utama <strong>DSNG<\/strong>, <strong>Andrianto Oetomo<\/strong>, menyampaikan bahwa sepanjang <strong>2024<\/strong>, industri kelapa sawit dan produk kayu menghadapi tantangan besar, mulai dari <strong>pelemahan pasar ekspor<\/strong>, <strong>tuntutan keberlanjutan<\/strong>, <strong>dinamika politik domestik<\/strong>, hingga <strong>perubahan iklim dan regulasi yang semakin kompleks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWalaupun kondisi global dan nasional penuh dinamika, namun perseroan selalu berusaha menjaga stabilitas usaha serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pemegang saham dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan,\u201d ujar Andrianto, Kamis (5\/6\/2025).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai respons terhadap kondisi ini, DSNG menjalankan strategi <strong>eksploitasi dan eksplorasi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eksploitasi:<\/strong> Fokus pada penguatan <strong>bisnis inti<\/strong>, efisiensi, dan peningkatan <strong>keunggulan operasional<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eksplorasi:<\/strong> Pengembangan <strong>peluang bisnis baru<\/strong>, termasuk <strong>peremajaan kebun<\/strong> dan pengembangan <strong>produk biomassa sampah agriculture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kinerja Keuangan DSNG 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada <strong>2024<\/strong>, DSNG mencatatkan pendapatan <strong>Rp10,12 triliun<\/strong>, mengalami pertumbuhan <strong>6,5% dibandingkan 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kenaikan ini didorong oleh <strong>harga jual rata-rata CPO<\/strong> yang meningkat <strong>12,3%<\/strong>, meskipun terjadi <strong>penurunan produksi CPO sebesar 9% YoY<\/strong> menjadi <strong>602 ribu ton<\/strong> akibat <strong>El Nino<\/strong> yang berlangsung sejak semester kedua <strong>2023<\/strong> hingga kuartal pertama <strong>2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segmen <strong>bisnis kelapa sawit<\/strong> menjadi <strong>penyumbang utama pendapatan<\/strong> dengan kontribusi <strong>87%<\/strong> dari total pendapatan perseroan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengesahan Laporan Tahunan &amp; Pengawasan Dewan Komisaris<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam RUPST, pemegang saham juga menyetujui <strong>Laporan Tahunan<\/strong> dan <strong>Laporan Tugas Pengawasan Dewan Komisaris<\/strong> untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada <strong>31 Desember 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dividen DSNG 2024 Resmi Ditetapkan PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) mengumumkan pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp254,39 miliar, dengan nilai Rp24 per saham, dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) tahun buku 2024.
