{"id":6068,"date":"2025-06-03T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=6068"},"modified":"2025-06-03T05:54:41","modified_gmt":"2025-06-02T22:54:41","slug":"adro-umumkan-dividen-final-usd300-juta-dan-perubahan-manajemen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/03\/adro-umumkan-dividen-final-usd300-juta-dan-perubahan-manajemen\/","title":{"rendered":"ADRO Umumkan Dividen Final USD300 Juta dan Perubahan Manajemen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (<strong>ADRO<\/strong>) mengumumkan <strong>dividen final sebesar USD300 juta<\/strong>, setara dengan <strong>Rp4,89 triliun<\/strong> berdasarkan <strong>kurs tengah BI pada 2 Juni 2025 sebesar Rp16.297 per USD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keputusan dividen ini ditetapkan dalam <strong>Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST)<\/strong> yang berlangsung hari ini, dengan persetujuan manajemen untuk <strong>membagikan 36,23% dari laba bersih 2024<\/strong> yang mencapai <strong>USD1,38 miliar<\/strong> sebagai dividen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Total Dividen yang Dibagikan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain dividen final, <strong>ADRO juga telah membagikan dividen interim sebesar USD200 juta pada 15 Januari 2025<\/strong>, sehingga total dividen yang diberikan kepada pemegang saham tahun ini mencapai <strong>USD500 juta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distribusi laba bersih ADRO 2024:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dividen yang dibagikan:<\/strong> USD500 juta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laba ditahan:<\/strong> USD880,01 juta (63,77% dari laba bersih)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Setiap pemegang saham akan menerima dividen sekitar <strong>0,010056 per saham<\/strong>, yang berdasarkan asumsi kurs saat ini setara dengan <strong>Rp163,89 per saham<\/strong>. <strong>Nominal rupiah final akan diumumkan oleh manajemen kemudian.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perubahan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain menetapkan dividen, <strong>pemegang saham ADRO juga menyetujui perubahan susunan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris<\/strong>, yang bertujuan untuk <strong>memperkuat strategi bisnis dan menghadapi tantangan industri ke depan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut <strong>Head of Corporate Communication ADRO, Febriati Nadira<\/strong>, perubahan ini dilakukan sejalan dengan <strong>transformasi bisnis perusahaan<\/strong>, serta upaya <strong>mengoptimalkan operasional dan adaptasi pasar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut susunan manajemen terbaru <strong>ADRO<\/strong> pasca RUPS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Direksi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Presiden Direktur:<\/strong> Iwan Dewono Budiyuwono<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Direktur:<\/strong> M.
