Pendapatan TBS Turun, Transformasi Bisnis Berlanjut<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA)<\/strong> mencatat pendapatan konsolidasian sebesar USD71,5 juta<\/strong> pada kuartal I-2025, mengalami penurunan 42,47% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya<\/strong> yang mencapai USD124,32 juta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Direktur TBS, Juli Oktarina<\/strong>, menjelaskan bahwa penurunan ini terjadi akibat perubahan komposisi bisnis dan penyelesaian divestasi pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (PLTU)<\/strong> sebagai bagian dari transformasi menuju energi yang lebih berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Divestasi PLTU dan Komitmen Pengurangan Emisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dengan rampungnya divestasi aset PLTU di Minahasa Utara berkapasitas 100 MW<\/strong>, TBS berhasil mengurangi emisi karbon lebih dari 45%<\/strong>, setara dengan 777 ribu ton CO2e per tahun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saat ini, divestasi PLTU di Gorontalo juga telah selesai<\/strong>, sehingga total pengurangan emisi karbon mencapai 80%<\/strong>, atau sekitar 1,3 juta ton CO2e per tahun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Langkah ini sejalan dengan roadmap TBS2030 dan komitmen perseroan untuk tumbuh secara bertanggung jawab di sektor pengelolaan limbah, mobilitas listrik, dan energi terbarukan,”<\/em> ujar Juli dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu (28\/5\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kinerja Keuangan: EBITDA dan Cash Flow yang Solid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Meskipun terjadi penurunan pendapatan, EBITDA TBS yang disesuaikan mencapai USD15,8 juta<\/strong>. Selain itu, total arus kas bersih tercatat sebesar USD44,1 juta<\/strong>, yang berdampak pada peningkatan posisi cash balance menjadi USD126,1 juta di akhir kuartal<\/strong>, mencerminkan likuiditas yang kuat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari sisi neraca keuangan, total aset perusahaan meningkat 11% menjadi USD1,048 miliar<\/strong>, didorong oleh ekspansi strategis di sektor energi terbarukan dan pengelolaan limbah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ekuitas TBS dan Dampak Transformasi Jangka Panjang<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Total ekuitas TBS tercatat USD359,6 juta<\/strong>, dipengaruhi oleh penyesuaian akuntansi non-recurring akibat divestasi PLTU<\/strong>. Meski merupakan dampak sementara, perusahaan tetap menunjukkan tren operasional dan arus kas usaha yang positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segmen pengelolaan limbah menyumbang EBITDA sebesar USD2,6 juta<\/strong> di kuartal I-2025, dan angka ini belum mencerminkan kontribusi penuh dari Sembcorp Environment<\/strong>, yang akuisisinya rampung pada Maret 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
