Langkah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penetrasi pasar dan memperkuat posisi Alfamart di industri ritel Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekspansi ini didukung oleh <strong>capital expenditure (capex)<\/strong> yang mencapai <strong>Rp5 triliun<\/strong>, dengan alokasi dana sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rp3 triliun<\/strong> untuk <strong>penambahan gerai dan perluasan kapasitas toko<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rp1,5 triliun<\/strong> untuk <strong>pembangunan pusat distribusi<\/strong> di <strong>Palangkaraya dan Bengkulu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Capex 2025 berkisar Rp4,5 triliun hingga Rp5 triliun, dengan sekitar Rp3 triliun dialokasikan untuk ekspansi toko,&#8221;<\/em> ujar <strong>Tomin Widian<\/strong>, Direktur Keuangan dan Corporate Secretary Alfamart, dalam acara <strong>Public Expose<\/strong> pada Kamis (22\/5\/2025).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ekspansi Fokus di Luar Jawa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategi ekspansi Alfamart kali ini akan difokuskan di luar Pulau Jawa guna meningkatkan pangsa pasar. Hingga kini, <strong>jumlah gerai AMRT di luar Jawa masih 35 persen<\/strong>, sedangkan gerai di Pulau Jawa masih mendominasi dengan <strong>kontribusi 65 persen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Targetnya sama seperti beberapa tahun terakhir, yaitu 1.000 toko. Kontribusi toko di luar Jawa mulai menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan,&#8221;<\/em> tambah Tomin.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga <strong>Desember 2024<\/strong>, Alfamart telah mengoperasikan <strong>23.277 gerai ritel<\/strong> dan <strong>359 gerai stock point<\/strong> dari entitas anak, dengan distribusi sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>25 persen<\/strong> berada di <strong>Jabodetabek<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>40 persen<\/strong> berada di <strong>Pulau Jawa (non-Jabodetabek)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>35 persen<\/strong> berada di <strong>luar Pulau Jawa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, AMRT dan entitas anak juga mengelola <strong>56 gudang<\/strong>, termasuk <strong>5 gudang stock point<\/strong>, guna mendukung kelancaran rantai pasok ritel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Performa Saham Alfamart Stabil<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pasar saham, hingga <strong>23 Mei 2025<\/strong>, <strong>saham AMRT stabil di harga Rp2.600<\/strong> setelah sebelumnya turun <strong>0,38 persen<\/strong>. Namun, dalam kurun waktu <strong>sepekan<\/strong>, Alfamart mencatatkan kenaikan saham <strong>4 persen<\/strong>, dan <strong>28,08 persen dalam satu bulan<\/strong>, menunjukkan tren positif di pasar modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekspansi besar-besaran Alfamart pada 2025 dengan <strong>1.000 gerai baru<\/strong> menjadi strategi agresif dalam memperkuat dominasi pasar, terutama di luar Pulau Jawa.
