Realisasi Belanja Pemerintah Pusat April 2025: Tren dan Dampak pada Ekonomi Nasional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wakil Menteri Keuangan (Wamenkeu) Suahasil Nazara<\/strong> mengungkapkan bahwa hingga 30 April 2025, Belanja Pemerintah Pusat telah mencapai Rp546,8 triliun<\/strong>, atau 20,2 persen dari total Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) tahun 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meskipun angka ini lebih rendah dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu, faktor utama penyebabnya adalah absennya alokasi anggaran untuk Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) yang sebelumnya hadir pada awal tahun 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belanja Kementerian dan Lembaga (K\/L)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Total belanja Kementerian dan Lembaga (K\/L) hingga April 2025 mencapai Rp253,6 triliun<\/strong> atau 21,9 persen dari APBN<\/strong>. Belanja ini mencakup pengeluaran untuk pegawai, barang, dan bantuan sosial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di antara berbagai sektor, belanja pegawai mencapai Rp102 triliun<\/strong> atau 33,3 persen dari APBN<\/strong>, mengalami peningkatan sekitar 6 persen dibandingkan tahun 2024<\/strong> karena adanya perekrutan pegawai baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adapun Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)<\/strong> telah merealisasikan anggaran Rp7,3 triliun<\/strong>, sementara Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP)<\/strong> telah tersalurkan sebesar Rp1,5 triliun<\/strong>. Kartu sembako juga mencapai Rp10,9 triliun<\/strong>, mendukung masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belanja Non-K\/L dan Subsidi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, belanja non-K\/L, yang mencakup pembayaran manfaat pensiun dan subsidi<\/strong>, telah mencapai Rp293,1 triliun atau 19 persen dari APBN<\/strong>. Pembayaran pensiun sendiri telah menyentuh Rp70,8 triliun<\/strong>, dengan peningkatan jumlah pensiunan sekitar 55 ribu orang<\/strong> dibandingkan tahun lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu, berbagai subsidi mengalami peningkatan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Subsidi BBM<\/strong> naik 1,6 persen<\/strong>, dengan konsumsi mencapai 4,35 juta kiloliter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Subsidi LPG 3 kg<\/strong> tumbuh 3,8 persen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pelanggan listrik bersubsidi<\/strong> meningkat 4,2 persen<\/strong> menjadi 42 juta pelanggan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Subsidi pupuk<\/strong> mencapai 2,3 juta ton<\/strong>, meningkat 33,4 persen<\/strong> dibanding tahun sebelumnya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Program Prioritas: Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Salah satu program utama pemerintah, Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG)<\/strong>, telah mengalami perkembangan pesat. Hingga 21 Mei 2025, realisasi anggaran MBG mencapai Rp3 triliun<\/strong>, dengan hampir 4 juta penerima manfaat<\/strong>, termasuk anak sekolah dan ibu hamil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sebanyak 1.386 dapur umum telah beroperasi<\/strong>, dengan target mencapai 82,9 juta penerima MBG pada kuartal IV-2025<\/strong>. Untuk mendukung hal ini, pemerintah mengalokasikan tambahan anggaran sebesar Rp100 triliun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Alokasi Anggaran untuk Pendidikan dan Kesehatan<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Pemerintah juga berinvestasi dalam pendidikan dengan alokasi Rp2 triliun<\/strong> untuk pembangunan empat SMA Unggul Garuda<\/strong> dan pengembangan dana abadi sekolah unggulan<\/strong>. Selain itu, renovasi tahap pertama 65 sekolah rakyat<\/strong> berjalan dengan anggaran Rp396 miliar<\/strong>, serta revitalisasi 10.440 satuan pendidikan dan 2.120 madrasah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Di sektor kesehatan, belanja telah mencapai Rp47,6 triliun<\/strong>, digunakan untuk program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), vaksinasi, pemberian makanan tambahan<\/strong>, dan bantuan operasional ke lebih dari 10.000 puskesmas<\/strong>. Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Gratis (PKG)<\/strong> pun mengalami peningkatan dengan 4,4 juta pendaftar<\/strong>, terutama dari kelompok usia produktif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ketahanan Pangan dan Pengadaan Beras oleh Bulog<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Wamenkeu juga menyoroti keberhasilan Bulog dalam pengadaan beras<\/strong>, dengan pembelanjaan Rp15,15 triliun<\/strong> untuk membeli 1,46 juta ton gabah<\/strong> dan 0,47 juta ton beras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cadangan beras nasional kini mencapai 3,73 juta ton<\/strong>, tertinggi dalam 57 tahun terakhir<\/strong>, berkat reformasi penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi melalui Perpres Nomor 6 Tahun 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
