CMNP Tunda RUPS, Menunggu Pemberitahuan Lebih Lanjut<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP<\/strong>) resmi menunda Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB)<\/strong> yang sebelumnya dijadwalkan berlangsung pada 22 Mei 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam keterbukaan informasi yang dirilis pada 7 Mei 2025<\/strong>, Direktur CMNP, Hasyim<\/strong>, menyampaikan bahwa penundaan ini dilakukan karena satu dan lain hal<\/strong>, tanpa merinci alasan spesifik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agenda RUPS yang Ditunda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RUPST dan RUPSLB CMNP sebelumnya direncanakan untuk membahas beberapa agenda penting, di antaranya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Persetujuan rights issue tahap tiga<\/strong>, dengan penerbitan maksimum 2,23 miliar saham baru<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Dampak Penundaan RUPS bagi CMNP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Penundaan RUPS ini berpotensi memengaruhi beberapa aspek bisnis CMNP, terutama terkait rencana rights issue tahap tiga<\/strong> yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
