Berdasarkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian terbaru per <strong>22 April 2025<\/strong>, FAST mencatat <strong>lonjakan rugi bersih sebesar 91,67%<\/strong>, mencapai <strong>Rp796,71 miliar<\/strong>, jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar <strong>Rp415,65 miliar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendapatan Turun Tajam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peningkatan rugi bersih ini dipicu oleh <strong>penurunan pendapatan sebesar 17,85%<\/strong>, dari <strong>Rp5,93 triliun<\/strong> pada 2023 menjadi <strong>Rp4,87 triliun<\/strong> di 2024. Berikut adalah beberapa faktor penyebabnya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pendapatan dari makanan dan minuman<\/strong> turun dari Rp5,91 triliun menjadi Rp4,85 triliun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pendapatan komisi atas penjualan konsinyasi<\/strong> merosot ke Rp19,57 miliar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pendapatan dari layanan antar<\/strong> susut menjadi Rp1,91 miliar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Potongan penjualan<\/strong> mencapai Rp422,88 juta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Efisiensi Beban, Namun Tekanan Biaya Tetap Tinggi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun beberapa beban operasional mengalami penurunan, peningkatan beban lain tetap memberikan tekanan pada laba perusahaan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Beban pokok penjualan<\/strong> turun menjadi Rp2,03 triliun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beban penjualan dan distribusi<\/strong> turun menjadi Rp2,72 triliun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beban umum dan administrasi<\/strong> menyusut ke Rp690,45 miliar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beban operasi lain meningkat menjadi Rp279,96 juta.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beban keuangan naik ke Rp81,45 miliar.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penghasilan operasi lain turun menjadi Rp63 miliar.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penghasilan keuangan menyusut ke Rp3,25 miliar.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penurunan Ekuitas dan Aset Perusahaan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penurunan kinerja keuangan ini juga berdampak pada total ekuitas FAST, yang anjlok dari <strong>Rp723,88 miliar<\/strong> pada akhir 2023 menjadi <strong>Rp127,73 miliar<\/strong> di 2024.<br>Sementara itu, <strong>liabilitas perusahaan meningkat dari Rp3,19 triliun menjadi Rp3,4 triliun.<\/strong><br>Total aset juga mengalami penyusutan, dari <strong>Rp3,91 triliun<\/strong> pada 31 Desember 2023 menjadi <strong>Rp3,53 triliun<\/strong> pada akhir 2024, terutama karena penurunan <strong>aset lancar<\/strong> dari <strong>Rp947,54 miliar<\/strong> ke <strong>Rp616,6 miliar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penurunan Jumlah Karyawan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinerja yang memburuk turut berdampak pada <strong>jumlah karyawan<\/strong>, yang menyusut hingga <strong>2.883 orang<\/strong> selama 2024. Pada <strong>akhir Desember 2024<\/strong>, FAST tercatat memiliki <strong>13.106 karyawan<\/strong>, turun dari <strong>15.989 karyawan<\/strong> pada 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kesimpulan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahun 2024 menjadi tantangan berat bagi PT Fast Food Indonesia (FAST). Penurunan pendapatan, lonjakan rugi bersih, serta penyusutan ekuitas dan jumlah karyawan menunjukkan adanya tekanan kuat dalam operasional perusahaan.
