Langkah strategis ini mencerminkan 78% dari total laba bersih Bank Mandiri yang tercatat sebesar Rp 55,78 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kinerja Keuangan 2024: Stabil dan Tumbuh<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bank Mandiri mencatat laba bersih Rp 55,78 triliun untuk tahun 2024, naik 1,31% dibandingkan Rp 55,06 triliun pada 2023. Selama lima tahun terakhir, Bank Mandiri konsisten mempertahankan rasio pembayaran dividen (dividend payout ratio) di angka 60%. Berdasarkan harga saham BMRI pada 25 Maret 2025, yang berada di Rp 4.630 per saham, yield dividen diperkirakan sekitar 10%. Ini merupakan kabar baik bagi para pemegang saham, khususnya di tengah dinamika pasar yang kompetitif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keuntungan Holding BPI Danantara<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai bagian dari holding operasional Danantara, BPI Danantara akan menerima dividen sebesar Rp 22,61 triliun, sesuai dengan kepemilikan saham seri B sebanyak 48,53 miliar saham.
