BRI Siapkan Rp3 Triliun untuk Buyback Saham di Tahun 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) mengumumkan rencana untuk melaksanakan pembelian kembali atau buyback saham<\/strong> pada tahun 2025. Dana sebesar Rp3 triliun<\/strong> telah disiapkan dari kas internal BRI, sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rencana ini akan berlangsung dari Maret 2025 hingga Maret 2026<\/strong>, setelah mendapat persetujuan dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) yang dijadwalkan pada Maret 2025. Manajemen menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan buyback tidak akan mengurangi kekayaan bersih BRI di bawah jumlah modal yang ditempatkan serta cadangan wajib yang telah disisihkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebagai informasi, BRI terakhir kali melakukan buyback saham pada tahun 2023 dengan anggaran maksimum Rp1,5 triliun<\/strong>, yang juga disetujui melalui RUPST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cStok Treasury hasil Buyback 2025 akan diimplementasikan sebagai kelanjutan Program Kepemilikan Saham,\u201d jelas manajemen BRI dalam prospektusnya yang dikutip Senin (3\/2).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Investasi Sunarso Menjelang Buyback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Di tengah rencana buyback, Direktur Utama BRI Sunarso<\/strong> secara signifikan meningkatkan kepemilikan sahamnya dengan mengeluarkan dana sebesar Rp772,46 juta<\/strong>. Pada 4 Maret 2025<\/strong>, Sunarso membeli 212.800 saham BBRI<\/strong> dengan harga Rp3.630 per saham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tujuannya adalah untuk berinvestasi<\/strong>, yang kini membawa total kepemilikan saham Sunarso menjadi 6.081.456 saham<\/strong>, meningkat dari sebelumnya 5.868.656 saham. Dengan harga penutupan saham BBRI pada Kamis (6\/3) sebesar Rp3.950, nilai total kepemilikan Sunarso mencapai Rp24,02 miliar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tekanan Harga Saham BBRI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Meski harga saham BBRI sempat menguat 2,86%<\/strong> ke level Rp3.950 pada awal Maret 2025, secara keseluruhan tren harga saham masih menghadapi tekanan. Pada 16 Maret 2025<\/strong>, saham BBRI ditutup di level Rp3.800<\/strong>, turun 90 poin<\/strong> atau 2,31%<\/strong> dibandingkan hari sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sejak awal tahun, harga saham BBRI melemah 410 poin<\/strong> atau 9,74%<\/strong>, dan jika dilihat secara tahunan, koreksi mencapai 2.350 poin<\/strong> atau 38,21%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saham Blue Chip di Bursa Efek Indonesia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sebagai saham blue chip<\/strong>, BBRI masuk dalam indeks LQ45 dan IDX30<\/strong>, kategori saham lapisan pertama yang memiliki fundamental kuat serta kapitalisasi pasar besar. Saham ini dinilai minim spekulasi dan sering kali menjadi pilihan utama bagi investor untuk portofolio jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
