Perusahaan mengumumkan akan memusatkan perhatian pada empat pilar bisnis inti, yaitu Mitra Bukalapak, Gaming, Retail, dan Investasi. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan sekaligus meningkatkan margin secara berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CEO Bukalapak, Willix Halim, menegaskan bahwa perusahaan akan terus mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional sebagai langkah menuju profitabilitas. \u201cKami percaya bahwa langkah-langkah strategis yang telah kami ambil akan membantu kami membangun bisnis yang lebih kuat dan menguntungkan,\u201d ujar Willix dalam konferensi pers pada Rabu (19\/3\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kinerja dan Target Keuangan 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sepanjang tahun 2024, Bukalapak mencatatkan rugi operasional sebesar Rp2,5 triliun. Meski demikian, perusahaan berhasil menekan kerugian bersih menjadi Rp1,5 triliun berkat pendapatan keuangan yang signifikan. Menurut Willix, pendapatan dari marketplace diproyeksikan tumbuh lebih cepat dibandingkan O2O dalam beberapa kuartal mendatang, seiring dengan implementasi strategi bisnis baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restrukturisasi dan Penyederhanaan Bisnis Non-Inti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukalapak juga melakukan penyesuaian strategis dengan menyederhanakan bisnis non-inti untuk memperbaiki efisiensi operasional. Meskipun langkah ini memberikan dampak sementara pada pendapatan dan margin kontribusi, penghematan biaya General &amp; Administrative (G&amp;A) telah berhasil menutupi sebagian besar efek negatif tersebut.
