Angka ini menunjukkan penurunan signifikan sebesar Rp83,46 triliun atau 20,84% dibandingkan periode yang sama pada Februari 2024 yang mencatat pendapatan sebesar Rp400,36 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penurunan Belanja Negara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani menyampaikan bahwa belanja negara hingga Februari 2025 tercatat sebesar Rp348,1 triliun. Ini menurun sebesar Rp26,22 triliun atau 7% dibandingkan realisasi belanja negara pada Februari 2024 yang mencapai Rp374,32 triliun. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan kondisi pada Februari 2024, yang mencatat surplus sebesar Rp26 triliun atau 0,63% dari PDB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kenaikan Pembiayaan Anggaran<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembiayaan anggaran tercatat sebesar Rp220,1 triliun pada Februari 2025, lebih tinggi dibandingkan Rp184,3 triliun pada periode yang sama tahun lalu. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan kebutuhan pembiayaan yang lebih besar untuk menutupi defisit yang terjadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kekhawatiran Penurunan Penerimaan Pajak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua Komite IV Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD), Ahmad Nawardi, menyoroti penurunan penerimaan pajak yang menjadi perhatian utama. Masalah pada sistem perpajakan Coretax dianggap menjadi penyebab utama penurunan ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktorat Jenderal Pajak hanya mampu memproses 20 juta faktur pajak pada Januari 2025, jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan 60 juta faktur pada Januari 2024. Akibatnya, penerimaan pajak awal tahun hanya mencapai Rp50 triliun, dibandingkan Rp172 triliun pada tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tantangan Fiskal dan Langkah Ke Depan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penurunan pendapatan negara dan defisit APBN menjadi tantangan besar bagi pemerintah dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dan fiskal.
