Hal ini mencerminkan potensi besar bisnis infrastruktur teknologi di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesuksesan Surge tak lepas dari jajaran pengusaha terkemuka yang kini bergabung sebagai pemegang saham utama. Berikut adalah pemilik Surge (WIFI) saat ini, berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Hashim S. Djojohadikusumo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hashim S. Djojohadikusumo, adik Presiden Prabowo Subianto, menjadi salah satu pemegang saham utama Surge. Melalui perusahaannya, PT Arsari Sentra Data, Hashim mengakuisisi <strong>45% saham PT Investasi Sukses Bersama (ISB)<\/strong>, induk usaha Surge. Langkah ini mencerminkan keyakinan Hashim terhadap potensi pertumbuhan bisnis infrastruktur digital yang dijalankan oleh Surge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Arwin Rasyid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nama Arwin Rasyid juga masuk dalam jajaran pemilik Surge. Mantan Direktur Utama PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk dan Bank CIMB Niaga ini kini menjadi pemegang saham melalui perusahaan TEZ Capital &amp; Finance. Arwin mengakuisisi <strong>27,22% saham PT Media Wiguna Nusantara<\/strong>, yang merupakan salah satu pemilik Surge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kehadiran Arwin, dengan latar belakang yang kuat di sektor teknologi dan keuangan, membawa kepercayaan tambahan bagi pengembangan Surge sebagai pemain utama di bidang infrastruktur digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Fadel Muhammad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengusaha sekaligus politisi, Fadel Muhammad, turut ambil bagian sebagai pemegang saham Surge. Bersama Arwin Rasyid, Fadel mengakuisisi <strong>27,22% saham PT Media Wiguna Nusantara<\/strong>.
