Berdasarkan laporan keuangan terbaru yang dirilis Rabu (12\/3), perusahaan berhasil meraih <strong>laba bersih Rp3,29 triliun<\/strong>, membalikkan kerugian Rp10,14 triliun yang dialami pada 2023. Pencapaian ini menjadi tonggak penting dalam sejarah operasional SRTG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pertumbuhan Nilai Aset Bersih (NAV)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nilai Aset Bersih (Net Asset Value\/NAV) SRTG mencatatkan pertumbuhan sebesar 10,5% secara tahunan (yoy), meningkat dari Rp48,9 triliun pada 2023 menjadi <strong>Rp53,9 triliun di 2024<\/strong>. Pendapatan dividen ini berasal dari arus kas perusahaan portofolio utama seperti ADRO, TBIG, dan MPMX. Selain itu, SRTG juga berhasil memonetisasi portofolio dan menghasilkan arus kas sebesar <strong>Rp712 miliar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devin menegaskan bahwa arus kas yang solid memberikan fleksibilitas kepada perusahaan untuk melanjutkan strategi investasi, dengan pendekatan yang disiplin dan fokus pada pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Langkah Strategis di Sektor Kesehatan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu langkah strategis utama SRTG pada 2024 adalah <strong>akuisisi mayoritas saham Brawijaya Healthcare (Brawijaya)<\/strong>. Wong, mengungkapkan bahwa Loan-to-Value (LTV) perusahaan meningkat menjadi <strong>3,1% di 2024<\/strong>, dibandingkan 0,5% pada 2023.
