Angka ini mencerminkan optimisme perusahaan terhadap pertumbuhan sektor properti, terutama dari segmen residensial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada tahun 2024, BSDE mencatatkan prapenjualan Rp9,72 triliun, naik 2 persen dari target awal sebesar Rp9,50 triliun. Pertumbuhan ini menjadi pijakan kuat bagi ambisi mereka di tahun 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Andalkan Proyek Unggulan BSD City<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur BSDE, Hermawan Wijaya, mengungkapkan keyakinannya bahwa peluncuran produk baru di BSD City, bersama proyek joint venture seperti Nava Park dan Hiera, akan terus menarik minat pasar. Pertumbuhan industri dan konektivitas infrastruktur di kawasan tersebut dinilai mendorong permintaan hunian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengaruh Akuisisi dan Insentif Pajak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada tahun 2024, BSDE mengakuisisi PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM).
