Transaksi ini dilakukan melalui entitas PT Toba Bara Energi (TBAE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam keterbukaan informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Alvin Firman Sunanda, Direktur TOBA, menjelaskan bahwa transaksi telah diselesaikan berdasarkan Akta Pengalihan Saham yang ditandatangani pada 5 Maret 2025. Pelepasan saham ini telah mendapat persetujuan dari pemegang saham TOBA dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Independen pada 14 November 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Siapa Pembeli?<\/strong> PT Kalibiru Sulawesi Abadi (KSA) memiliki afiliasi dengan dua tokoh bisnis terkemuka, Hilmi Panigoro dan Benny Setiawan. Keduanya sebelumnya pernah membeli dua aset Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) milik TOBA, menunjukkan hubungan bisnis yang erat antara kedua perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dampak Terhadap TOBA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen TOBA menegaskan bahwa pelepasan saham MCL tidak akan berdampak negatif pada operasional, kondisi hukum, atau keuangan perusahaan. Langkah ini dipandang sebagai strategi untuk lebih fokus pada lini bisnis yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reaksi Pasar Saham<\/strong> Pada perdagangan Jumat (7\/3\/2025), saham TOBA ditutup menguat 1,14 persen ke level Rp354, dengan total nilai transaksi mencapai Rp3,39 miliar. Volume perdagangan saham mencapai 9,57 juta saham dengan frekuensi transaksi 1,6 ribu kali.
