Laba Bersih PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) Turun 63,15% pada 2024<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) mencatatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp42,80 miliar pada tahun 2024, menurun drastis hingga 63,15 persen dibandingkan tahun 2023 yang mencapai Rp116,16 miliar. Pendapatan perusahaan juga mengalami penurunan signifikan sebesar 53,93 persen menjadi Rp300,31 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kontribusi Pendapatan Utama<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lebih dari setengah pendapatan ADCP masih berasal dari sektor properti, termasuk Kerjasama Operasi (KSO), sedangkan 43 persen sisanya berasal dari pengelolaan hotel dan bisnis komersial. Bayu Purwana, Sekretaris Perusahaan ADCP, mengungkapkan bahwa pengelolaan hotel dan bisnis komersial sebagai sumber pendapatan berulang akan terus dikembangkan untuk memberikan kontribusi lebih besar di masa mendatang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bayu juga menjelaskan bahwa proyek LRT CITY Bekasi-Eastern Green menyumbang 35 persen dari total pendapatan, diikuti oleh proyek ADHI CITY Sentul dengan kontribusi 33 persen. Sementara itu, LRT CITY Sentul memberikan kontribusi sebesar 27 persen, sedangkan proyek Cisauk Point-Member of LRT CITY dan LRT CITY MTH berkontribusi untuk sisanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beban Pengeluaran dan Strategi Perusahaan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dari sisi pengeluaran, beban pokok pendapatan tercatat sebesar Rp207,90 miliar, dengan beban umum dan administrasi mencapai Rp36,30 miliar, serta beban lainnya sebesar Rp48,16 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Untuk memperkuat fundamental perusahaan, ADCP berfokus pada strategi pengembangan Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Bayu menambahkan, strategi ini bertujuan menciptakan kawasan hunian yang terintegrasi dengan transportasi publik, sehingga mendukung mobilitas dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat perkotaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perusahaan juga berencana menambah portofolio properti dan melakukan diversifikasi bisnis secara sinergis. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pendapatan berulang yang stabil dan mendukung pertumbuhan jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Komitmen dan Harga Saham<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ADCP tetap berkomitmen memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham melalui inovasi dan efisiensi operasional. “ADCP berkomitmen untuk memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham dan semua pemangku kepentingan melalui inovasi, efisiensi, dan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan,” kata Bayu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Namun, pada perdagangan Jumat (7\/3\/2025), saham ADCP stagnan di level Rp50 atau gocap.
