Perusahaan ini akan mengadakan Penambahan Modal dengan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMHMETD) IV atau rights issue. Langkah ini bertujuan untuk mendukung ekspansi dan meningkatkan daya saing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan prospektus yang dirilis Kamis, 6 Maret 2025, IMJS akan menerbitkan 3 miliar saham baru dengan nilai nominal Rp200 per saham. Saham baru tersebut berasal dari portepel perusahaan dan akan dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sesuai regulasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perlu dicatat, saham baru ini memiliki hak yang setara dengan saham yang sudah beredar, termasuk hak atas dividen.
