Yuddy Renaldi Mundur dari Kursi Direktur Utama PT Bank BJB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Direktur Utama PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (Bank BJB), Yuddy Renaldi, secara resmi mengajukan pengunduran diri dari jabatannya. Surat pengunduran diri tersebut diterima oleh pihak perseroan pada 4 Maret 2025, sebagaimana diungkapkan oleh Ayi Subarna, Approver di Bank BJB, dalam keterbukaan informasi pada Selasa (4\/3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pengunduran diri Yuddy Renaldi terjadi di tengah penyelidikan kasus dugaan korupsi yang sedang ditangani oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Kasus ini melibatkan dugaan penggelembungan dana iklan Bank BJB yang diduga terjadi pada periode 2021-2023. KPK telah menetapkan beberapa tersangka dalam kasus ini, termasuk seorang petinggi bank yang diduga adalah Yuddy Renaldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam keterangannya, pihak manajemen Bank BJB memastikan bahwa operasional perusahaan tetap berjalan normal meskipun terjadi perubahan pada jajaran direksi. “Manajemen dan karyawan Bank BJB tetap berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada nasabah dan menjaga kinerja perusahaan sesuai dengan prinsip tata kelola yang baik,” ujar Ayi Subarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pembahasan Pengunduran Diri akan dibahas dalam RUPST<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Keputusan terkait pengunduran diri Yuddy Renaldi akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Tahun Buku 2024, sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
