Sebagai emiten BUMN infrastruktur, Jasa Marga berhasil mencatat peningkatan pendapatan usaha sebesar 20,32 persen year-on-year (yoy) menjadi Rp18,73 triliun, didorong oleh kontribusi utama dari pendapatan tol sebesar Rp17,19 triliun dan pendapatan usaha lainnya sebesar Rp1,54 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peningkatan EBITDA dan Laba Inti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>EBITDA Perseroan melonjak 27,3 persen yoy menjadi Rp12,62 triliun. Atas seluruh kinerja positif selama tahun 2024, Laba Inti Perseroan (Core Profit) tumbuh sebesar 36,0 persen yoy atau mencapai Rp3,7 triliun. Perseroan tetap menjadi pengendali utama PT JTT dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 65 persen. Efek positif dari strategi Perseroan untuk melakukan penguatan kapasitas keuangan dapat dilihat dari tingkat solvabilitas yang semakin membaik di 2024 dengan Interest Bearing Debt to Total Equity (DER) menjadi 1,04x dan Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) meningkat menjadi 3,13x.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dengan kemampuan Perseroan untuk dapat menjaga rasio covenant di tengah kebutuhan ekspansi bisnis dan ditopang EBITDA Perseroan yang selalu bertumbuh dengan baik, maka kinerja Debt to EBITDA menguat dari 6,9x di tahun 2023 menjadi 4,7x di tahun 2024,&#8221; ujar Ari, Senin (3\/3\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pertumbuhan Volume Transaksi dan Proyek Infrastruktur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasa Marga mencatatkan pertumbuhan total volume transaksi di jalan tol sejumlah 0,8 persen yoy atau sebesar 1,3 miliar kendaraan pada 2024, dengan lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR) mencapai 3,56 juta kendaraan. Dua ruas jalan tol baru, yang diresmikan pada 2024, yaitu Jalan Tol Cinere-Serpong Segmen Pamulang-Cinere (3,64 km) dan Jalan Tol Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Segmen Kartasura-Klaten (22,3 km).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Komitmen Meningkatkan Pendapatan dan EBITDA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasa Marga menyatakan komitmen untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan EBITDA melalui optimalisasi alokasi anggaran, pemenuhan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), serta penyesuaian tarif tol sesuai rencana.
