Indonesia Tandatangani MoU untuk Impor 1 Juta Ton Beras Non-Basmati dari India untuk Empat Tahun Ke Depan.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

India, sebagai pengekspor beras terbesar di dunia, akan mengekspor 1 juta ton beras putih non-basmati ke Indonesia setiap tahun selama empat tahun ke depan. Langkah ini dilakukan setelah pembatasan ekspor sebelumnya dan hasil panen yang melimpah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persetujuan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Kabinet India telah menyetujui penandatanganan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) mengenai perdagangan Beras Putih Non-Basmati (NBWR) antara Kementerian Kerjasama Pemerintah India dan Kementerian Perdagangan Indonesia. Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan mengungkapkan rincian MoU ini dalam konferensi pers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perpanjangan Paket Khusus DAP<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Selain MoU perdagangan beras, kabinet juga menyetujui perpanjangan paket khusus untuk diammonium fosfat (DAP) hingga 31 Desember 2025. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan DAP tetap terjangkau bagi petani di bawah kebijakan Subsidi Berbasis Nutrien (NBS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detail MoU Perdagangan Beras<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

MoU ini mencakup perdagangan satu juta ton metrik beras putih non-basmati setiap tahun berdasarkan produksi dan harga internasional. MoU berlaku selama empat tahun dan akan diperpanjang secara otomatis untuk empat tahun tambahan. Implementasi kesepakatan ini akan dilakukan oleh National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL), sebuah badan koperasi yang didirikan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Koperasi Multi-Negara Bagian 2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dampak MoU Terhadap Hubungan Dagang<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

MoU ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi ketidakseimbangan perdagangan dan memperkuat hubungan dagang antara India dan Indonesia. NCEL akan mengadakan lelang transparan dari pasar terbuka dan koperasi untuk sumber Beras Putih Non-Basmati (NBWR), sehingga tidak mengganggu pasar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kebutuhan Impor Beras Indonesia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Panen biasanya dimulai pada bulan Maret di Indonesia, dan beras merupakan makanan pokok bagi 280 juta penduduknya. Output beras Indonesia diperkirakan turun 2,43% tahun ini menjadi 30,34 juta ton akibat musim kering yang panjang pada tahun 2023, sehingga memerlukan impor beras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kesepakatan Lainnya<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Kementerian Koperasi Uni India yang dipimpin oleh Amit Shah telah menandatangani kesepakatan dengan Kementerian Perdagangan Indonesia untuk mengirim pasokan melalui National Cooperative Exports Limited. Koperasi India akan mendapatkan beras putih dari pasar terbuka melalui proses tender terbuka dari masyarakat koperasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kondisi Ekspor Beras India<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Pola cuaca El Nino menyebabkan musim hujan yang buruk pada tahun 2023, sehingga pengekspor beras terbesar di dunia membatasi ekspor berasnya untuk memeriksa harga domestik. India telah membatasi ekspor beras pertama kali pada September 2022 dengan melarang pengiriman beras pecah dan memberlakukan bea 20% pada beras putih. Pada Juli 2023, semua pengiriman beras dihentikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produksi Beras India<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

India menghasilkan 137,82 juta ton beras pada 2023-24 meskipun hujan buruk dan output musim panas atau kharif tahun lalu adalah 119,93 juta ton menurut data resmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
