Robinson dianugerahi hadiah nobel dunia usaha tahun ini. Hadiah nobel dalam bidang ekonomi ini dianugerahkan untuk penelitian dia mengenai alasan mengapa beberapa negara berhasil juga yang mana lainnya jadi negara gagal .<\/p>\n<p>Mereka juga menunjukkan bagaimana sistem kebijakan pemerintah kemudian sektor ekonomi yang digunakan diperkenalkan oleh penjajah dapat menentukan apakah suatu negara berubah menjadi kaya atau miskin pada waktu ini.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Penjelasan yang mana dikemukakan oleh para profesor menemukan bahwa di negara-negara yang digunakan tujuannya adalah untuk mengeksploitasi penduduk asli kemudian mengekstraksi sumber daya untuk kepentingan penjajah, dampaknya merugikan, dan juga mengakibatkan penduduk yang digunakan berjauhan lebih besar miskin, memproduksi beberapa negara tertahan pada siklus pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi yang digunakan rendah.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga ekonom yang disebutkan \u201ctelah menunjukkan pentingnya lembaga-lembaga kemasyarakatan bagi kemakmuran suatu negara,\u201d kata komite Nobel dari Akademi Keilmuan Pengetahuan Kerajaan Swedia pada pengumumannya di Stockholm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMasyarakat dengan aturan hukum yang tersebut buruk lalu lembaga-lembaga yang dimaksud mengeksploitasi penduduk tiada akan memunculkan perkembangan atau pembaharuan ke arah yang mana lebih banyak baik. Penelitian para pemenang membantu kita menyadari mengapa demikian,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Acemoglu serta Johnson bekerja dalam Massachusetts Institute of Technology lalu Robinson melakukan penelitiannya dalam University of Chicago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMengurangi kesenjangan pendapatan yang tersebut sangat besar di dalam antara -negara negara merupakan salah satu tantangan terbesar pada waktu ini.
