Penghentian Perdagangan Saham<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) telah memutuskan untuk menghentikan sementara perdagangan saham PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) dan PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH), termasuk waran seri I DOOH (DOOH-W), terhitung mulai hari ini, Jumat (31\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penghentian perdagangan saham WIFI dan DOOH berlaku di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai, sedangkan DOOH-W dihentikan di seluruh pasar hingga ada pengumuman lebih lanjut dari BEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alasan Penghentian<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Keputusan ini diambil setelah terjadi lonjakan harga yang signifikan pada saham WIFI dan DOOH dalam waktu yang singkat. Langkah suspensi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan waktu kepada investor agar dapat mempertimbangkan keputusan investasi mereka dengan lebih baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sebagai upaya perlindungan bagi investor, BEI merasa perlu untuk melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan saham WIFI, DOOH, dan DOOH-W pada 31 Januari 2025,” demikian disampaikan dalam keterbukaan informasi, Jumat (31\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lonjakan Harga Saham<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Salah satu pemegang saham utama PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) adalah Hashim Djojohadikusumo, yang merupakan seorang pengusaha dan juga adik dari Presiden Republik Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pada Kamis (30\/1\/2025), saham WIFI mengalami lonjakan signifikan hingga mencapai batas Auto Rejection Atas (ARA), dengan kenaikan sebesar 25 persen menjadi Rp1.225 per saham. Dalam periode satu bulan, harga saham ini telah meningkat drastis sebesar 198,78 persen, dan dalam tiga bulan terakhir, kenaikannya mencapai 227,54 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kenaikan Saham DOOH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu, DOOH juga mencatatkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan, mendekati batas ARA dengan kenaikan 34,26% menjadi Rp145 per saham.
