Total nilai dividen mencapai Rp30,95 miliar, atau setara Rp14 per saham. Keputusan Direksi ini telah disepakati oleh Dewan Komisaris pada 23 Januari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam keterbukaan informasi yang dirilis pada Senin (30\/1\/2025), dana dividen interim berasal dari laba bersih AMOR pada tahun fiskal 2024 yang mencapai Rp36,4 miliar. Perusahaan juga masih menggenggam saldo laba ditahan senilai Rp46,09 miliar, dengan ekuitas tersisa Rp276,19 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investor yang berhak atas dividen interim AMOR wajib tercatat sebagai pemegang saham paling lambat pada 11 Februari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jadwal Pembagian Dividen Interim AMOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A.
