Beberapa saham yang terkena dampak negatif adalah <strong>PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI)<\/strong> dan <strong>PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK)<\/strong> yang mengalami Auto Reject Bawah (ARB). Saham <strong>PANI<\/strong> turun <strong>19,89%<\/strong> menjadi <strong>Rp11.075<\/strong> dan <strong>CBDK<\/strong> turun <strong>20,13%<\/strong> menjadi <strong>Rp7.550<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh isu pagar laut di Tangerang yang menyeret anak usahanya, <strong>PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa (CIS)<\/strong>. Pagar laut ini memiliki sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) yang baru-baru ini dicabut oleh pemerintah, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpastian terhadap proyek-proyek di kawasan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harga saham <strong>Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (INPC)<\/strong> juga turun signifikan pada perdagangan hari ini, Kamis, 23 Januari 2025, mencapai <strong>Rp200 per saham<\/strong>. Penurunan ini mungkin disebabkan oleh ketidakpastian terkait isu pagar laut di Tangerang yang mempengaruhi anak usahanya, <strong>PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa (CIS)<\/strong>, serta dampak negatif dari sentimen pasar yang pesimistis terhadap saham-saham di sektor perbankan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pagar Laut di Tangerang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) Indonesia sedang bekerja sama dengan TNI Angkatan Laut (AL) dan Badan Keamanan Laut (Bakamla) untuk membongkar pagar laut ilegal di Tangerang. Pagar laut ini tidak memiliki izin Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang Laut (PKKPRL) dan mengganggu aktivitas nelayan serta merusak ekosistem. Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan, Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, menyatakan bahwa pembongkaran akan dilakukan secara bersama-sama dengan berbagai pihak terkait untuk memastikan proses hukum berjalan sesuai aturan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PIK2 dan Proyek Strategis Nasional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartarto, menyatakan bahwa Program Indonesia Pintar (PIK2) bukan merupakan proyek strategis nasional. Menurutnya, PIK2 adalah program pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, tetapi tidak masuk dalam kategori proyek strategis nasional yang biasanya berkaitan dengan infrastruktur atau kegiatan ekonomi yang sangat penting bagi negara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dampak Terhadap Proyek PIK2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proyek PIK2 yang digarap oleh Agung Sedayu Group dan Salim Group memang sedang menjadi perhatian publik terkait pembangunan pagar laut di Kabupaten Tangerang. Namun, manajemen PIK 2 telah menyatakan bahwa pembangunan pagar tersebut tidak memiliki hubungan dengan proyek PIK 2. Mereka juga mengklaim bahwa tim hukum mereka akan mengambil tindakan terhadap isu ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pagar laut yang dibangun secara ilegal telah menyebabkan kontroversi dan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) telah menyegel pagar tersebut.
