Menurut Indah D.P. Pertiwi, Kepala Komunikasi Korporat &amp; CSR PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, sebagian besar anggaran ini akan dialokasikan untuk proyek Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Elevated dengan total nilai investasi sebesar Rp 21 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSebagian dana lainnya akan digunakan untuk aset tetap yang diperlukan dalam operasional serta potensi pengembangan infrastruktur lainnya,\u201d jelasnya pada 8 Januari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indah juga menyatakan bahwa anggaran capex tahun 2024 belum sepenuhnya terserap karena ada beberapa penyesuaian proyek yang lebih efisien untuk dilaksanakan pada tahun 2025. META tidak mengungkapkan jumlah total anggaran capex untuk tahun 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada periode libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru) 2024\/2025, META mencatat peningkatan lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR) di jalan tol luar kota, khususnya Jalan Layang MBZ dengan kenaikan sekitar 28,27% untuk golongan 1 dibandingkan kondisi normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>META juga akan melanjutkan proses delisting sukarela dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2025, setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari RUPS Independen pada 19 Desember 2023. Proses delisting ini mengalami perpanjangan penawaran tender sukarela dari 6 Desember 2024 hingga 5 Maret 2025, dengan pembayaran kepada pemegang saham dijadwalkan pada 17 Maret 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga 4 Desember 2024, META telah melaksanakan penawaran tender sukarela selama 86 hari dan membeli 3,79 miliar saham dari total 4,10 miliar saham yang menjadi objek penawaran tender sukarela.
