{"id":4248,"date":"2025-01-04T13:31:21","date_gmt":"2025-01-04T13:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=4248"},"modified":"2025-01-04T13:31:24","modified_gmt":"2025-01-04T13:31:24","slug":"pt-pollux-hotels-group-tbk-lepas-saham-dua-anak-usaha-untuk-perkuat-bisnis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/04\/pt-pollux-hotels-group-tbk-lepas-saham-dua-anak-usaha-untuk-perkuat-bisnis\/","title":{"rendered":"PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk Lepas Saham Dua Anak Usaha untuk Perkuat Bisnis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Langkah Strategis PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk (POLI) telah mengambil langkah untuk memperkuat bisnisnya dengan melepas saham dua anak usaha yang tidak menunjukkan potensi ekspansi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penjualan Saham PT Aman Berkat Cemerlang dan PT Batam Bintang Bahana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada tanggal 30 Desember 2024, POLI menjual saham PT Aman Berkat Cemerlang (ABC) dan PT Batam Bintang Bahana (BBB) kepada PT Sentosa Prima Siji (SPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Setelah mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, kami memutuskan untuk menjual kepemilikan saham di kedua perusahaan tersebut kepada PT Sentosa Prima Siji,&#8221; ungkap Direktur Pollux, Maria Indah Pratiwi, dalam laporan keterbukaan informasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Kamis (2\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara rinci, POLI menjual 2.499.999 saham ABC dengan nilai Rp249.999.900 dan 999.999 saham BBB dengan nilai Rp99.999.900.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alokasi Dana Hasil Penjualan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Transaksi ini menghasilkan dana segar sebesar Rp349,99 miliar yang akan dialokasikan untuk modal kerja atau pengembangan usaha. Manajemen menegaskan bahwa hubungan antara kedua anak usaha yang dijual dan PT Sentosa Prima Siji tidak terafiliasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kondisi Saham POLU di Bursa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat ini, saham POLU terdaftar di Papan Pemantauan Khusus dengan notasi X, sesuai dengan Kriteria 7 yang ditetapkan oleh Bursa, yang menunjukkan likuiditas rendah dengan nilai transaksi rata-rata harian di bawah Rp5 juta dan volume transaksi harian di bawah 10 ribu saham selama tiga bulan terakhir di Pasar Reguler Periodic Call Auction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per 30 Juni 2024, perseroan mencatat saldo sebesar Rp393,2 miliar, mengalami penurunan sebesar 36 persen dibandingkan saldo Rp610,3 miliar per 31 Desember 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Langkah Strategis PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk (POLI) telah mengambil langkah untuk memperkuat bisnisnya dengan melepas saham dua anak usaha yang tidak menunjukkan potensi ekspansi.
