Penerbitan saham baru ini setara dengan 10 persen dari modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rencana Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) ini akan diajukan untuk mendapatkan persetujuan dari para investor dalam rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa (RUPSLB) yang dijadwalkan pada Senin, 6 Januari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calon Pemodal Belum Diketahui<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat ini, perusahaan belum memiliki calon pemodal yang pasti untuk rencana private placement ini, termasuk informasi mengenai adanya atau tidaknya hubungan afiliasi dengan perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jika di masa mendatang informasi mengenai calon pemodal dapat diungkapkan, perusahaan akan memberikan informasi tersebut melalui pengumuman keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam POJK No 14\/2019,&#8221; ungkap manajemen TCPI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dampak Private Placement terhadap Saham<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah pelaksanaan private placement, porsi saham Sari Nusantara Gemilang akan terdilusi sebesar 5 persen, dari 55 persen menjadi 50 persen. Sementara itu, saham Karya Permata Insani akan berkurang 2,27 persen, dari 25 persen menjadi 22,73 persen, dan saham publik yang sebelumnya di bawah 5 persen akan terdilusi 1,82 persen menjadi 18,18 persen dari sebelum PMTHMETD yang sebesar 20 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pergerakan Saham TCPI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saham TCIP mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,75 persen, ditutup pada harga Rp6.600 dalam perdagangan Jumat (3\/1\/2025) dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp35,24 miliar.
